how do you put a pic in your post

ok im working on my app and have come to the part where i am instructed to use 100x100 pix for my pb and my animal well since most peopel don't post 100x100 pix in galleries and elsewhere i had to rip and resize so no i've got some pix that are about perfect and i go go to use and it dawns on me that i have no idea how to put graphics in this text box. i mean i tried drag and drop and cut and past and yea i'm still not sure
i'm sorry if that doesn't make sense but i'm kinda hyper and excited to play so please can you help me

You use the following code:

but just take our the * in the first part

the images are on my hardrive and not on the net cause i had to resize them so how do input using the url code when i'm no longer pulling it from a website, and thus there is no url?

What I do is go to www.imageshack.us and upload the image Then use the direct link and paste it where the URL goes If you still cannot figure it out, PM me the pictures and I'll do it for you.
