Hill Valley is a small island off the east coast. The island its self is only 800 acres of land. The town was built in the late 1920's. However it wasn't until the Hill Valley Riding School opened up that the town really started to build up.
Hill Valley Riding School was first opened in 2005 by three friends. The friends had grew up not far from where the school was first opened. The girls, Micky, Angel and Lacy, had the school opened for two years before it was shut down. Lacy was the first to leave. She started her own breeding farm with her new husband. Micky and her husband moved away to start their own life together. Angel went back into showing and has just started her own family.
In 2010 Angel agreed to let a new trainer open the school back up again. Misa La'Van use to show beside Angel, and after hearing about the school thought it would be great way to spend her life. After a bad fall that lift Misa with a limp and her horse dead she does not ride in front of others.
Though many things have changed since the riding school has closed. The Town its self now has its own high school. The kids that go to HVH have made it very clear they don't care for the wealthy, snobby kids that got to HVRS. HVRS gives scholarships to kids who can't afford to go to the school other wise. A few local kids have been offered scholarships for the first school year, after its reopening, it is unknown yet if any will take it.
