HELP PLEEASE?!

So I'm not really advertising per-say. . . . I'm looking for a little help!

I am still in the process of slowly getting things going, but I found out that I am almost totally HTML code illiterate. I thought I knew it better than I did and I don't have any kind of way of creating cool banners or side bar pictures or backgrounds, so my site would always look lame!

Basically what I am looking for is for a couple people to join me and be my make-up artists in other words. These people would have complete creative control! This is because I would be so grateful for the help I wouldn't want to be too demanding

I may give suggestions or ask if you would do certain things but that's it. . .as far as what codes you use, it's all up to you as long as it doesn't mess the site up or cause it to run slowly!

I have one other person helping me as admin, but she's going to just help create the basics of the site and help manage it. . .neither of us can figure out the customization part But if you come to my rescue you will get moderator rights as well ^_^

It is mainly a Charmed site but I am wanting to mix one or two other show like that with it such as Supernatural, Smallville, Buffy/Angel, or Vampire Diaries. It'd be based in the future with some slight twists so it may or may not match the shows completely and to be creative, I have it taking place in Colorado Springs, CO since it has a bunch of landmarks and beauty (since most are placed in the city).
