That was it, the last straw to his status as a normal human being, he had no more humanity left in him it seemed. Now he was out for blood, thick, rich warm blood. He couldn’t take it anymore something just snapped with in him when Tony questioned him about how much he really cared for his little brother. Like he knew anything, he didn’t understand what was going on, or maybe he did? That made Aoi’s stomach twist even more, more blood pumped through his vains as he shifted which was painless this time because his mind was taken away by full on rage at this point. All tiger, the only thing he did know in a human sense, was who he was hunting. Anthony. Leo seemed to have gotten sick, good. He deserved it. Fidel was suppose to be there too, at their dorm but you know Fidel was on his side. What Tony did to his baby brother wasn’t even something to joke about. Using his first love or more so stealing it from Choi was one thing, but using that so it seemed like he was with Choi just to make Leo jealous? Completely another. Aoi had that happen to him before he had to admit to himself, but when it happened to him he was beaten by his lover.
Slowly, the tiger passed through the hallway, it was getting darker, close to night time so he wouldn’t very well be seen in the halls if the lights didn’t come on. He would be good, right now he was running on pure instinct. When you mess with a tiger’s baby you will get the teeth and the claws that come with doing that. He hissed softly under his breath and padded along the dorm, the light in the sky began to get dimmer and dimmer, that’s when he spotted the group. Fidel, Tony and Leo, with a small pile of clothing in tow.. He grumbled softly and watched at their heads seem to just snap in the direction of the sound, which was coming from his throat. Soon the lights of the hall way turned on, he saw the expression on their faces when they saw him.
Aoi had finally put on a lot of weight from eating a lot more so he was no longer the skinny little tiger, no he was bulky. A huge tiger now. He hissed at the sight and he lowered himself to the ground like he was ready to just charge at them, his tail was moving in annoyance like any cat’s would have moved. It was clear that do to the stress of him starting to eat again, the fact his parents disowned him and his baby brother, the fact he was 18 which Aoi wasn’t a fan of either and also because his brother was heart broken in such a way, it completely made him snap. How can one person take so much? Aoi snapped, so honestly Choi was going to snap sooner or later too. When Aoi snapped he was violent as all get out, but Choi? Who knew.
Aoi hissed and bared his fangs, honestly he wasn’t in the right state of mind anymore, could anyone honestly blame him? Yes and no. Truly, no one was to blame for any of this, Choi wasn’t made at them so why should Aoi be mad? Simple, he was making himself angry because Choi wasn’t angry. Choi was far too kind, to sweet to be mad at anyone, but not Aoi. He felt as if he needed to take all of Choi’s inner emotions, his hurt, his wrath and take them on as his own, filling up his emotion beaker until it couldn’t even be filled anymore, so there for, it burst. He snapped. His human self, the self that seemed to be tucked away in the back of his mind, it had no more control, it was completely lost in the rage and fury of the maltese tiger who was hissing at the group, ready to rip someone’s head off at any moment. Everyone was at risk, because petty words were not going to stop him from doing what he wanted tight now, no they just weren’t enough anymore for Aoi.

Well, this certainly was on the top of Tony's list of things not to ever repeat in the future.
He knew from the get-go that Aoi was going to come after him, but being the stubborn fellow that he was.. the thought had merely just been pushed out of his mind. He'd told Aoi from the beginning that Choi was going to get hurt, although not by him specifically. The sooner the little boy was allowed to feel emotional pain, the better he'd be able to recognize it in the future and get his skin hardened for future references. And, ultimately become stronger. Back then, the older brother had agreed with him. Back then, they understood each other and Anthony seemed to have overcome his distaste for the other older male.
But that was then. And all proportions had been blown out of the window.
And so Anthony was there, running around the room like a mad-man trying to make accommodations for Leolyn who had previously looked like he was about to puke. He'd gotten his instructions to stuff a change of clothes into a light weight backpack that Leo had pulled out of the closet - a miraculous event that he even went near it - and various other items while the male made the painful, noisy shift into his feline counter part. Bones were popping like nasty popcorn, and he'd been told not to look. Anthony did as he was told, but the sounds still grossed him out. Hands stuffed a change of clothes into the bag ontop of Leo's who had already packed his, then reached over the night stand to throw the cellphones in on top.
Anthony wasn't really so afraid of Aoi as he was for the sake of Leo's safety. The delirious other was content on just laying out on the floor and letting Aoi do his worst to him for the sake of Tony; and that didn't sit right with him. At all. Head turned over his shoulder at the shifted other, blue eyes looking at the fur that had replaced the skin and the shortened body on the ground. Despite the events of the night, he smirked and turned around to sling the bag over his shoulder and crouched beside the feline to peer at him closer. "I've never seen you shifted before, but I've gotta say.. It's kind of adorable." He smirked, then, and scooped the feline up in his arms, knowing that now was -not- the time to be cracking jokes. Leo had said something about Fidel coming to meet them too, now that he remembered.
Now -there- was someone he couldn't figure out. Out of all the people in the chatroom screaming and yelling and having a fit over what had happened, Fidel had offered to come and help bust them out. But.. why..? Did it have anything to do with their wine project, and it was strictly business in how he hadn't wanted to lose another hand to help him out? Or was the guy honestly just that nice enough to stick his neck out there like that for the two of them, even with a shattered collar bone? Anthony had been totally unaware of the two's progress as becoming friends, but he figured they just might've crossed that boundary line after all. He made it a point to remember to whip up some shawarma after everything cleared away for the guy. Or, hell, whatever he'd want after tonight.
Granted he still had two hands to cook with.
Head tilted down to look at the Leo in his arms, frowning softly as he resisted the urge to pet his head. "I'm.. I'm really sorry about all this. Honestly. If I'd just told you from the beginning..." came the soft tone, knowing the cat wouldn't be able to verbally respond. He then casted a look over to Leo's bed then sighed. Tony wouldn't be surprised if the feline was still irked about the whole Serenity thing, but now wasn't the time to bring it up. The last thing he needed was Leo to claw his eyes out or something while they were trying to sneak out of the dorms unheard. Hearing footsteps in the hall as he stood by the door, Tony slapped a hand down on the door handle and quickly opened it, hoisting Leo up in his arms some to secure his hold. Finally, he stepped out into the hall, and his eyes peered out from under his hoodie at Fidel in the hall and his face lit up.
"Hey--!"
Whatever grateful sentence he was about to blurt out, it had been cut short by the hissing he heard coming from behind. Eyes turned before his head followed, and they fell on a rather.. large.. looking Aoi. A very angry looking one at that. Instinctively, he shifted Leo into his other arm, the one furthest from the tiger sizing them up. He could see just fine in the dark, given his nocturnal animal. Swallowing back a smart remark that would probably make matters worse, he ran up to Fidel, hooked his arm around him and made way towards the stairs. "I think it's time to go!"

Fidel flipped the phone off and shoved it into his pocket. "Those... those idiots.." he snarled. He had reached the fourth day of his injury, and didn't hurt as severely as it had yesterday. As if that mattered right now. Fidel felt a strange mixture between hideous anger and silent relief. He had caught on to Tony's little game some time prior to before the boy had stepped all over Choi's emotions. He just didn't fully understand it. He wandered up towards his room to get a few things. The end result of this was that he was taking both Tony and Leolyn off of this island and onto the other island. Heavens know it would be safer there. Storm or not, Fidel was getting them there. Angry Aoi or not, Fidel was getting them there. Though he would prefer that this storm was the only thing he would have to get through.
In any other circumstance, he wouldn't have cared. But with broken collarbone and all. That was exactly a possibility. he paused and rethought. Maybe Tony was going to get what he deserved? Leolyn insisted it was his fault on the chat, almost to the point where everyone was severely pissed off at him, but didn't have the heart to just tell him to just shut up. Fidel guessed that he'd rather take the blame then inflict it upon Tony. It was noble in a way, but also sickening to the outside observers. Why not? Tony had committed an underhanded act and what did Leo do? He stuck up for him. Maybe Leo felt it was the right thing for him to do. But everyone else felt their subconscious sense of justice cry out in fury. Screaming and begging for the injustice to be rectified. However, Tony seemed to dodge around the issue favoring the idea of getting into an argument with Aoi. Choi's unhappy, if not dangerous and deadly big brother Did he have a death wish?
Fidel couldn't stop thinking. Switching in between feelings of anger and pity for Tony. He couldn't quite remember why he said he'd be willing to rescue the both of them. Perhaps it was because he considered them friends, or maybe he didn't want anyone to end up injured... or worse. Maybe it was for friendship after all.
Once he had arrived, he grabbed one thing only. He was on a schedule right now. No time to snatch up any clothing, no, the item Fidel selected was a knife. A small and black Cold Steel Recon-1. It was one of his prides. A little 4 inch butterfly-esque knife with a Tanto point and searated edge in addition to a razor shape one.The same sort of knife used by the U.S navy SEALs It was in fantastic condition, considering it was a gift. Something from a friend back home who owed him something. A man who had been over to the middle east, had come back home, and fallen on rough times. Fidel saved him once and this was what he received in return. There were scratches along the handle, indicating that it had seen some action.
He pocketed it. He didn't intend to use it, but if they were heading into the city, the Fidel needed peace of mind in a little self-defense.
Armed and ready to go he set out towards Ton and Leo's dorm, tightening his sling before moving. He spotted Tony easily, bearing the cat–which he assumed was Leo– but what he did not see was the huge tiger lurking just behind. When the lights flickered on, sure enough there it was. Fidel's heart stopped, he was unable to do anything but stare at the monster. It's eyes had lost all humanity, the deep growls seemed to be a sick beckon. An soft invitation to die via mauling. He was stuck to the spot. Only waking up once Tony's arm slipped around him and began to pull.
Fidel stumbled, but came out sprinting, ignoring the screeching pain in his shoulder. His mind moved fast. He snatched Tony by the nape of his neck with one powerful hand and pulled him to a halt. At the same time throwing himself, back first, against a door that sat ajar. The three tumbled to the ground. Fidel was the first to jump up, pressing his good shoulder against the door and clicking down the lock. "Get off the ground!" He shouted, "Idiot! We don't have much time!" his teeth were bared, but his eyes were terrified. "we have to get out of this room! Quick look for a vent, or someway to get to the ground.. HURRY!" – –– ––– –––– ––– –– – Word count: 816 Tagg'd: everyone in this thread o.o;;; Notes: oooh boi outfit; Black shirt, jeans, and a gray hat

------------------------------------------------LEOLYN’LEO’STARR------------------------ Today was just not going to be his day. He had had a long conversation last night with Tony, about how they were going to get killed, and Tony had suggested that cookies might save them from an angry mob. So he signed onto the computer. Where Fidel asked him what the hell was going on with Choi and Tony and him. Well now he was screwed. So he decided that he was going to take all the blame, he was the direct cause of all this mess any way. So, he tired, he tried hard, to keep the blame off of Tony. It wasn't entirely Tony's fault, it was mostly his, or so he felt. He honestly did feel bad for Choi. It was his fault that Tony had even feigned interest in him, it was his fault that Tony was going to hurt him, by saying that he didn't actually have any feelings for him, it was him who was dating the guy of Choi's dream, and Choi didn't deserve any of it. Choi deserved someone way better then Tony, someone who didn't just play with him. Choi was far too sweet and innocent for any of that. And it was all his fault that he was in that position at all. If he had just paid a bit more attention to Tony, if he had said, 'look I'm not doing anything with Penny, things came up..Talk to you soon.' Then none of this would have happened. As it stood, Leo was crouched in the corner, on the verge of tears. There had been a lot of fighting, and he couldn't solve any of it. His super psych skills were useless, right now. And he felt miserable for what he did to Choi. And then Aoi had the gall to disregard all of his feelings. All of them, like no matter what he said, it wasn't going to be good enough, and that he was lying every single time he apologized. Which made him feel twice as bad. So he had his back to the wall, knees up, head resting against them, taking deep breaths trying not to cry. It was like his parents all over again, and he couldn't handle it. He had his phone and signed onto the mobile chat, trying to distract himself, from what he knew was coming...from the huge tiger that was going to disassemble him, and eat him for dinner, and then have Tony as a dessert. He glanced over the words, only reading about half of them. It took him a moment to register that Fidel was coming to save them. That he knew a way out, that he could protect them from the huge monster with all intent of protecting it's kin. Hardly mattered at this point. He deserved to have the crap beat out of him for what he did to a boy who didn't deserve a second of it. And then there was Tony, hovering over him, making sure he was okay, to which he could only explain that he wasn't. That he would only be dead weight, that they could go, and he would stay behind as a distraction. He was offering himself up on a silver platter for the other boy, so maybe he could get out. Tony didn't like that for a second, promising that they would both get out of this, even if he had to carry the cat-shift, out of here. They would get out. So he resigned, told Tony that Fidel was coming, coming to help. That they needed to pack up a few things and fast, while Tony picked him up off the floor, and told him that he didn't look okay. He shrugged it off, going to the closet, and pulling a bag out. Under normal circumstances, there would be no way, he would step any where near the bloody thing. There was a whole ton of psychology involved and he told Tony so when he questioned him, before packing a change of clothes into the bag, and commanding Tony to do the same. He warned Tony to not look as he shifted, that it wasn't a pretty sight, and reminded the other to grab the phones, if they were going to get out of this alive, they were going to need them, and then he shifted. It wasn't something he did often, much preferring to talk and watch and be able to communicate. But it was something that was still familiar to him. The way his bones, broke and shifted, loud pops and snaps, fur growing on the skin as he shrank down, muscles realigning to the bones. The process didn't take long, two minutes at most, and he let out a meow, to let the other one know that he was done. Of course the other had to make some smart ass comment, and he let out a growl of annoyance, and then he was scooped up, with out any farther protesting. He tensed slightly when he heard Fidel. But he smelled Aoi, coming closer. He let out a sharp growl, trying to alert the other two in the hallway. Trying to let them know that a big freaking tiger was gong to rip their throats out. He hissed, fur standing on edge, teeth bared, much smaller then the Tiger's but the threat was still the same. He snarled as the tiger stalked closer, and he could tell that the other was running on pure instincts, getting too close for comfort, and suddenly Fidel was moving, dragging him and Tony into the room that they had just left, and they all toppled to the floor. And still, Fidel moved first, getting up and pushing the door closed, shouting about how they had to find some higher ground, find a vent or something. Leo scrambled out of Tony's grasp, fur still standing up, and he glanced around, a growl vibrating deep in his throat. They had mere seconds before that tiger was going to bust in threw that door. And then he remembered, the vent in the closet, he didn't know if it was going to be able to hold two grown people and a cat, but he knew where it was. He let out a sharp meow, getting their attention before taking off towards the closet and pawing at the grate that was probably firmly screwed in there. He turned around, hoping that they had some sense to unscrew the thing and shift, if they got out of this alive, they could come back for their stuff, but it would be easier to get out if they were all shifted. So Leolyn stood there, a cat trying to get attention in the closet because that was the only way he knew how to get out. ------------------------------------------------ They is gonna get eaten by Aoi. ♦♦NOTES♦♦Kai, Dani, Contrast, and whoever else is part of this mess. ▼▲TAGS▼▲He's a cat!♥♥OUTFIT♥♥1161¶WORD COUNT¶30 seconds to Mars♪♫MUSE MUSIC♪♫√√COPYRIGHTS√√Thread template created by Dymetri

Locked out, from the room from his prey. That was not a smart idea on their part. Hissing he ran to the closed door and pretty much threw himself with all his might against it, he did it a second time, a third time. Each time putting more and more effort into it until he began to back up for the fourth, and then he stopped. What was he doing? What stupidity was driving him to do this? Wasn’t he, who said he hated pointless violence? He did and he knew Choi did too. Finally some shred of humanity was coming back to him and making him see that was he was doing was completely stupid, irrational and just plain idiotic. He gave a small sigh and sat himself down outside the door for a moment and gently pawed at it, true he was still pissed as hell, but it was better to talk it out right? So talking meant shifting back, and shifting back meant a naked Aoi. Well, sorry Tokiie he would have to show himself to a few people right now. With a nasty crack or two or three the boy shifted back and slowly stood from the ground knocking on the door with his knuckle.
“Open up, I just want to talk okay? Also give me some of Remi’s shorts or boxers.”
Remi wouldn’t care, they were best friends after all. Shifting a bit and sighed and thought about what was it that made him snap. Besides all the stress of him starting to eat again to please his friends, the fact that Choi still wasn’t use to the fact that their parents disowned them, and now this? Honestly he felt bad for his baby brother, this is why he wanted to keep him from dating. Because of stupid drama like this. Aoi knew what it was like to be used, but the off thing on that was Aoi was abused also. Smacked and beaten and pretty much raped to the point where he didn’t want to live anymore. He knew what it was like to be that low, and while this situation could have been a lot worse, it could have easily been avoided, but it wasn’t. The door slowly opened and he snorted a bit and quickly grabbed the pair of boxers that were offered, he slipped them on and walked fully inside the room and shut the door himself.
“Leo, shift back too.” He said and moved to sit himself down on Remi’s bed, he watched them for a moment before running his hand through his long light brown hair. “I should be beating the ever loving puss out of you two, but I won’t, since for some reason Choi is still in love with you Tony.” He grumbled and clearly wasn’t in the best moods about that at all, what’s so ever. He glared his sharp amber gold eyes at Tony and then the cat who seemed to have fled to the bathroom to shift and change maybe? Who knew.
“So, that is clearly a problem and you better think of a way to fix it. You already know how mad I can get.” He hissed softly and stood up and jabbed a hard finger into Tony’s chest. “And if you ever say I don’t care about my little brother, trust me. I won’t shift back into a human the next time we meet, got it?” That was what really made him snap ten fold more then he should have, he would have done anything for Choi. He pretty much raised the boy himself since his parents seemed to have not cared for the sweet child that was theirs. So saying that to Aoi was like the lowest blow on the face of the earth.

Anthony wasn't a cat person to begin with, but this certainly put things over the edge. Although, that might have something to do with a grown, bulky looking tiger eying someone down for a main course meal. Deep down, he knew he liked dogs better for a reason, but he would debate that with himself later. For now, it was time to move. Looked like Fidel already had plans for that, though. Just as Tony was throwing his weight into the lunge he was preparing himself to make for the stairs, the previously petrified raccoon boy had suddenly come back to life, snatched him roughly by the back of the neck, and before he could react or complain, Tony was stumbling back into the very same room he'd just walked out of.
How counter productive on his part to have left in the first place!
Feet flew under him as he staggered around, trying to catch his balance as quickly as possible. Eyes briefly glanced down to his arms, instinctively checking to see if Leo was alright, only to find that the cat was missing. Gone. Panic immediately seized his quickly beating heart, body tensing as he scanned the ground for the furry feline. And there, on the ground looking as alert as ever, he found Leo. Sighing, head quickly swiveled to Fidel who was doing his best to keep the door shut, despite the heavy beatings coming from the other side. "we have to get out of this room! Quick look for a vent, or someway to get to the ground.. HURRY!" As if on cue, the mini-Leo was mewing and clawing towards the closet urgently, which was enough to snag his attention. Running over to this, he glanced up with hopes of spotting a vent. And, lo and behold, there was one. It wasn't too high for him to reach, given his height, but there'd be no way for them all to get inside if they shifted from the ground.
So they'd have to get up there first. Hands quickly reached upwards and started to get a grasp on the little screws in each corner. They were twisted in pretty tight, so he resorted to locking his fingers around the slightly sharp little grates and started to give violent jerks in attempts to breaking it open. The square was narrow, but Fidel and himself weren't exactly the most buff guys on campus, and shouldn't have too much of a problem getting inside. Luckily Leo was in a more... compact and easy to carry size, else Tony doubted the human would be able to wiggle his way inside without some serious bruising. Grunting and gritting his teeth, the sounds of the enraged feline outside repeatedly pounding the door only fueled his adrenaline. With one final jerk, the grate popped clean off, and he stumbled some against the closet wall with the effort, dangling shirts on the rack swamping his face instantly.
"I got it!" he shouted over to Fidel, throwing his arms around to clear himself of the obnoxious clothes. But by the time he'd straightened himself up and was about ready to go and hoist himself up into the ceiling, the banging stopped. And an eerie, uncomfortable dead silence took it's place instead. Had Aoi left? Was he getting back up? “Open up, I just want to talk okay? Also give me some of Remi’s shorts or boxers.” By the sounds of it, the tiger had reverted back to it's original form. Tony snorted once and frowned. If Aoi had 'just wanted to talk', like he'd tried to do in the chat room earlier, then there wouldn't have been a need for all this running around, Action Movie Cat vs Mouse scenario, now would there? But, still, Anthony was weighing his options. Something he seldom did.
Aoi was out numbered, simply put. Even if Fidel was more on his side then Tony and Leo's, and was only doing this to keep the bloodshed minimal, he was sure he could at least hold his own considering Leo's sickly state. And perhaps there was some sort of sincere meaning behind his words of 'just wanting to talk'. Anthony was far beyond trusting him, but he wasn't in the older brother's head. He didn't know his intentions. Figuring he might as well give him the benefit of the doubt and stitch whatever severed arm he'd wind up with if Aoi shifted back again later, the boy gave a heavy and reluctant sigh. Marching over to Remi's dresser, he pried open one of the drawers in the middle, crinkling his nose up at giving out someone else's underwear to another person. Even if Remi and Aoi were friends, the idea was gross to him. Remi could pass out his undergarments to people on his own time.
Instead, hands shuffled around until he found a pair of decent looking sleep shorts. He typically found the red-headed guy in a pair of... interesting pants of sorts, so to actually find something that resembled normalcy was a feat in it's self. Snatching these up, he gave a quick nod to Fidel, "If a dude is willing to stand out there in the nude for a cause, might as well give him a shot, right?" He'd wait until the boy would move, and then reach to pry open the door himself before sticking his arm out to pass the shorts over. Of course, he kept his eyes trained to the back of the room with the closet, not even mildly wanting to see Aoi before marching to the back of the room once he figured he changed.
“Leo, shift back too.”
The red panda boy's mouth instantly flew open as a habit once a snark reply was about to be made, but he quickly shut his mouth, keeping the thought to himself. Well aren't we just calling the shots today? Yeah. Certainly wasn't going to help the situation any. “I should be beating the ever loving puss out of you two, but I won’t, since for some reason Choi is still in love with you Tony.” Oh the things the boy wanted to say! If there was one thing he was good at, it was digging himself into holes with that mouth of his. Getting out of them? Not so awesome. He glanced around him then to try and spot Leo and Fidel -- as much as he wanted to pop off at the mouth in that moment, he couldn't put their well being at stake just for the sake of feeding his ever hungry ego. "I don't know why he is.." he spoke up then, a quiet, more thoughtful tone than the raging voice that was bouncing around in his mind like a bouncy ball on speed in a rubber room. His voice was calm, despite the events, though he kept to the closet doors just incase there came a time for a quick escape. "..I never said anything to promote how he felt about me, to be honest with you, Aoi. It felt more like a friendship than anything. Never said 'I love you', or anything that I could have lied about to him. I complimented on his eyes, I think," he paused, trying to recall, "but that was about it. Any conversation we've ever had was strictly casual. We weren't even going out." He doubted Aoi would take any of this into consideration, but it honestly baffled him how Choi could say he 'loved' him, after they'd only gone out on one date, and simply just.. talked. Hell, he hadn't even kissed him except for maybe on the cheek or something. Anthony heaved a sigh, leaning his arm against the door panel. "I think.. it might just be puppy love, if you want my opinion though I doubt you do. If I was Choi's first crush, he wouldn't have had anyone to compare the 'feelings' he had for me to someone else, y'know? See the level difference?" “So, that is clearly a problem and you better think of a way to fix it. You already know how mad I can get.” By the way Aoi was acting, he wouldn't be surprised if -everyone- knew how mad he could get by this point, especially from the previous outbursts in the chatroom. He didn't understand the older brother in a lot of things, being the younger brother himself in his own house hold. Perhaps that was the wedge keeping them apart -- keeping them from being able to see eye to eye. "I had plans on doing so, even -before- you threatened me." Brows knotted slightly in a frown, and held as Aoi's finger jabbed into his chest. Tony remained unmoving, unblinking as the angry words were fired his way. Figuring his mouth would get him into more trouble than he was willing to deal with for the night, he kept it shut and merely nodded his head once, firmly. "I'll talk to Choi." Was all he stated.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ATTIRE

With every pound, Fidel's heart seemed to freeze. Every time the tiger threw itself against the door, it would bow inwards slightly. Quivering and groaning against the weight of the tiger. The third time the massive body hit the door, there was a small and almost imperceptible crackle and snap of wood. A fourth time, and it would weaken, a fifth and it would give in completely. Fidel swiped a tongue over his lips to wet them, noticing that they had become quite dry. His hand shook as he grabbed for his knife, his shoulder was throbbing something fierce. With a flick of the wrist the slender and cruel looking blade came into view. The greek teen glanced around, neither the at version of Leolyn or Tony were nearby. He could here noises of exertion from the closet, where it appeared the two had found a grate and therefore a means of escape.
It was like something out of a horror movie. Unless something happened fast, Fidel might end up a dead man. Like watching zombies surround you, ever getting closer to the prize they wanted most.
"What the hell are you doing Tony?!" Fidel's voice was tinged and edged with fear. An emotion he was not used to "Hurry up and shift!" both the boys' shifts were small enough to get through the vent. Fidel's too. However, as a result of his injury, he feared what shifting might do to him. Sheer, bloody, pain. He moved the knife handle in his hand so that the flat side of the blade lay on the underside of his wrist. Should the tiger try and get in and succeed, the first one it would jump at would be Fidel. And, should he be pinned with the first movement he could his something vital and on the soft and exposed underside of it. It didn't register with Fidel that Aoi was actually still in there.. perhaps it because of that look. The blank, hate filled look, mixed with excitement, the same excitement that you hear in coyote's voices and howls just before the kill. It was almost as though the human side of him had been consumed.
From outside of the door, there came nasty cracks. What was he doing now? Then a voice “Open up, I just want to talk okay? Also give me some of Remi’s shorts or boxers.”
Fidel's nose crinkled up. Was this guy for real? He had just tried to push them down and tear their faces off! There was no way that any of them were going to-- Tony walked out of the closet. As though called by a siren's song. Fidel gaped at him, Tony seemed to notice, If a dude is willing to stand out there in the nude for a cause, might as well give him a shot, right?"
Fidel glared then, keeping his voice at a whisper, hissed, "Are you f*ckin' with me right now? Huh? Really? This is no time for jokes! This guy threatened to shove you and Leo's faces through a meat grinder. Meat grinder, you hear!?" Tony didn't seem to care, walking to the door and unlocking it. Fidel's voice got tiny bit louder, "Dude! The PETA girls parade around naked all the time for their cause, and no one takes them seriously! What're you doing?!" He returned the blade to the hadle and slipped it into his pocket before Tony would see it.
"Leo, shift back too." Fidel glanced back at the cat. widening his eyes and shaking his head violently. Indicating that he should do just the opposite of what Aoi wanted. “I should be beating the ever loving puss out of you two, but I won’t, since for some reason Choi is still in love with you Tony.” "Oh that's right!!" Fidel said aloud, he calmly stepped towards Tony and backhanded him across the face with his left hand, "Dummy. Think before you act!" he frowened "and sorry. I probably shouldn't have done that but it sort of pisses me off. Yeah, it was out of line I guess." It wasn't like he had actually slapped him hard. Although the boy was ambidextrous for the most part, his right hand was stronger. Plus he wasn't exactly aiming to hurt Tony. Sure it might sting for a little bit, but it wasn't going to make him bruise or bleed of anything like that. Plus, he had apoloized, right? He figured that Tony at least deserved that, It was better than what Aoi had most likely planned. After, Choi was too nice to hit someone, he figured. Fidel really liked Choi, not in a 'romantic' sort of way... more or less. But whatever he thought of the kid, it broke his heart to see him used like that. Just because Tony was his friend, didn't mean he could receive a get-out-of-jail free card all of the time. All the same, the doory swung open to reveal a very.. upset Aoi. At least he wasn't a tiger anymore. Tony and Aoi's little "talk" seemed to grow an octave with every word. Fidel's eye twitched, alright the was going far enough. "Alright.." he grumbled, pushing past Tony. In the hall he placed a hand on Aoi's upper back and gently eased him away from the door. His skin was surprisingly soft. He wondered if he would loose his hand just by doing this. He turned to look at the red panda shifter, "Go help Leo. Then we'll get this thing resolved, yeah?" He dropped his hand and stumbled to the opposite wall. Sliding down it slowly and letting out a long sigh. "Aoi? You're gonna be the death of me, man.." he snorted, than chuckled in spite of himself. "But I can't say i've ran like that for a looong time, y'know?" He tilted his head up and met Aoi's golden eyes. "But that doesn't matter. I'd like to help out Ahoi if I can, but I think you'd be better at it. Plus I need to get those two," he motioned to Tony and Leo, ".. somewhere safer than here. Doesn't help to have enemies all on one island, yeah?" he shook his head and lowered his voice so that only Aoi could hear his words, "Now I'm not talkin about you, yeah? But I heard he was..." he looked up at the ceiling as though trying to figure something out, "..er, ho wdo I say this? He was.." He fixed Aoi with a meaningful look. "He was 'occupying Vagistan'?" He half hoped Aoi wouldn't catch the innuendo on that one just in case he didn't know already. "Anyway. As I figure. There's a few shifters out for blood."With a pained grunt and a wince, he staggered against the wall until he could stand up. He tried to ignore the pain. He'd have to go and grab his meds before they hopped the ferry. "Choi needs you, bud. You should take care of him before Tony, yeah?" He walked back into the room, glancing from Aoi to Tony and back again. "Carry on." he said shortly before turning to check on Leo.[/blockquote] – –– ––– –––– ––– –– – Word count: 1306 (PERSONAL BEST!!) I'll be stuck, fixated on one STAR ---------------------------------------- Everything was happening so fast. There was no way that they were going to survive. That tiger just kept ramming the door, and he could hear Fidel in pain and Tony was trying to get the grate off and it just wasn't budging. His heart was facing so fast, and he was just managing to stay still, watching waiting..And then there was no more tiger...Just Aoi, asking for clothes, and Tony walking away and... Then the boy was inside, wearing a pair of Remi's boxers and he was trying to explain something but Leo just couldn't understand it..there was a lot of talking. It was almost too much to handle...And then he was commanded to shift back, and all he could do was slink off into the bathroom..It was safe, for the most part...he wasn't in any real danger now, but all of his senses were on high alert, his cat side coming out. So he hid. He pawed open the cabinet under the sink and hid. Curled up into a little ball, and waited, listening, trying to calm down...Adrenaline pumping through his system. Calm. Think. Straight. Psychology powers activate! Think about the situation, think about how they feel. 1. Aoi, he's pissed because Tony played with Choi. Tony also may have said something else to tick him off. Hates that Choi got hurt, but have done what is possible to help sooth that bit of it over. 2. Fidel, scared out of his mind, also on painkillers because of broken collar bone. Will have to do something to make up for all of this later. 3. Tony, also scared out of his mind, but also worried. Doesn't want to get dead, and doesn't want to see people get hurt. Seems the most likely to talk to Aoi. Hopefully calm him down some, work things out. Focusing on what was going on in the other room, Leo managed to catch that either Tony or Fidel himself was going to come in and check on him, which was the last thing he wanted. He just wanted to curl into a ball, and sleep here, stay a cat for a while and then he wouldn't actually have to deal with people. As it was he still felt sick and the adrenaline wasn't helping that bit at all. The smart part of his brain was telling him to shift, and go and talk to people, and probably eat something. He wasn't going to listen to that part of his brain, no sir. He was going to stay, crouched as a cat under the sink, avoiding people as much as possible. If Tony or Fidel came in, then he was going to have to deal with them.. Maybe they were too scared to deal with a cat, batting and hissing at them? He knew that Tony wasn't going to be, that he was willing to take a few scratches to know that Leo was going to be okay. Which meant that he was going to have to shift, eventually. -------------------- When the world is crashing DOWN -------------------- short post is short.
