Zander trailed down the beach yawning. He had done like nothing today. Zander slid off his shoes and looked at his cell phone 11:00 A.M. He dropped his cell in his shoes and wandered into the water kicking at the water. There was one thing on his mind, Mel. Mel was always on his mind now and days. He wandered back to his shoes and picked up his cell phone back in his pocket. He grabbed his shoes and made it back to his dorm, passing out on his bed once he got back.

Zander shifted in his bed and yawned stretching. He sat up and scratched his head looking at his clock. 3:00 P.M. it read. He let out a small sigh and crawled out of his bed. 'What a wonderful nap.' he thought sarcastically. I guess I can go pay a surprise visit to Mel.' he added in thought. AS he reached up to scratch his head again and sniffed his arm pits. His face contorted. "Shower first." He told himself out loud. Zander grabbed his clothes and made his way towards the bathroom. He set the clothes on the closed toilet seat before stripping off his boxers and turning on the shower. He stepped in and well, he took a shower. He grabbed the towel off the rack after turning the water off and continued to dry off his body. He then stepped out and slid on his clothes and made his way out of the bath room.

He left his room without caring about his shoes and made his way towards Mel’s dorm. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Didn’t Mel share a dorm with two other people? Jacob and who was it? Aoi? No it was Aoi’s brother, Choi. Nice. Aoi was cute but his heart belonged to Mel and Aoi’s heart belonged to Tokiie. Mel! Why was he even considering Aoi? Mel was the love of his life. knock, knock, knock, he knocked. He probably should of informed Mel of his visit but, he thought nothing of it.

Mel was almost always there. He waited a bit but there was no answer. He’d come back later. He started back down the hall when his stomach rumbled a bit. He’ll get food from his dorm and try again. Zander made it back to his dorm and went to his mini-fridge pulling out left over sushi, downing it. God was he hungry. It took him longer to eat than expected. It was an hour later, maybe someone would be there now.

Zander left again, made his way back to Mel’s dorm and knocked once more, leaning on the door frame.

“I can’t believe you’re coming here too! Our family must be messed up!” Choi giggled as he looked into the webcam mounted on top of his laptop, there he was talking to his cousin Taemin who told him that he too was a shifter. Amazing. Just amazing. His brother and now his cousin Taemin? Taemin was apparently an Asian Elephant shift and the older male told him about his first shift and how he kept it too himself over the next three years, Choi felt a little bit bad, their grandfather helped himself and Aoi go through their changed and helped them channel their changing bodies into something useful, for later in life. Taemin had to go through it alone and he felt so bad for him, listening to him explain his first shift when he turned 13 and how painful it was, well it must have been! He was changing into the biggest land animal on earth! Choi pouted a little bit and then smiled at him through the camera and then stuck his tongue out a bit, Taemin was telling him also how he was packing and needed to get done. “Alright, I’ll talk to you later!” He said and then sighed softly as the other turned his web-cam off.

Choi sighed softly and moved to lie on his bed and he slowly was becoming deep in thought, thinking about Aoi and then now Taemin. Gosh he was going to have to be their mother now wasn’t he? Neither of them could cook so he would have to also become Taemin’s new little chef too or so said Aoi anyway, Aoi always called him the little cook and it was honestly true. Whenever Aoi wanted something to eat, Choi would happily go and make it for him. Slowly Choi felt his eyes shut and he drifted off into a deep slumber which lasted an hour, at the start of his nap he was sure he heard someone knocking on the dorm door but ignored it for a little bit until he heard it again about an hour later, shifting a little bit he slowly made his way to the door and opened it, blinking tiredly at the male he saw. “Um, can I help you?” He asked gently and shyly, his voice was barely above a whisper, either it was because he was so sleepy or the fact that his shyness was already starting to kick in? Shyness. Had to be it.
