Mysterious As TheDark Side Of The Moon It was after classes had finished and Roxxi was on the way back to her dorm. She quickly crossed the open expanse from the main building to dormatory block cursing the bright light from the sun as she went. Why is it always sunny here. Can't we have an over cast day just the once.' She thought to herself quietly rushing into the welcoming shade that the building provided. This was the only problem with being a nocturnal animal yo wanted to sleep all day and stay up all night. But could she, no she had to go with the normal flow of awake at day and sleep at night. Even after over two years at the shifter academy Roxxi wasn't used to the routine that she used to go with so natural when she lived at home.
Once in the shade of the dormitory building Roxxi's mood lightened a little. During daylight hours she tended to stay indoors except for her homeroom class of Marathon Running first thing in the morning as it tended not to be as bright then as she don't know if she could cope if it was noon with the bright light beating down on her. So with her slightly foul mood tamed she headed up the stairs the the floor of the girls dorms. Climbing the stairs she readjusted her bag on her shoulder before she reached the correct floor. Waling down the hall she surpassed the first for doors she walk by till she reached the fifth door that had a little gold plate that was hung on the door reading two hundred and four numerically.
Opening the door Roxxi went inside. She was glad the sun was on the opposite side of the building at the moment as it meant that she didn't have to shut the curtains. Throwing her bag on her bed she went over and sat behind the desk in the corner of the room. This was a place Roxxi could often be found as it was here that she wrote and drew the pages of her very own comic book which she manage to produce about one a month. At the moment she was working on issue sixty eight of her series entitled The Nobodies. Seating herself behind the desk she delved into one of the draws pulling out the half finished issue she was working on plus the pens and pencils she used to created before she began continuing Stark's adventure onwards.

Ryland had just gotten back in front being outside. He still wasn't used to shapeshifting really, but he had wanted to do a little experimenting. At the moment he was silently praising himself for remembering to undress before he transformed. When he had gone out the first time, he hadn't really intended on transforming. That's why he was wearing a good outfit of his. It was only a graphic tee and jeans, but they were still nice. Actually, he had been so caught up in the transformation running through his head, that when he noticed, he was all the way up on the girls hallway.
It seemed empty. Or at least nobody was in the hallway. Ry wasn't even sure he was allowed on the girls hallway, but he figured it would be okay if he wasn't up there doing anything "bad." He turned around and started back down the hall just in case. Suddenly he wasn't so sure it was rare for guys to wander their hallway as one ran past him. In the process he had hit his shoulder which threw him off balance and to the floor. You would think that some of the people here didn't understand what dodging meant.
He rolled onto his stomach and then pushed himself up to his knees. This was when he noticed he was in the doorway of someone's room. He silently prayed that nobody was in it and they had just forgotten to close the door, but his eyes first noticed someone's feet. His eyes traveled up further until he noticed a girl sitting at her desk. She had blonde hair and looked to possibly be his age. But he couldn't tell from where he was at.
"Um...I'm really sorry."
He reached for his head as he felt a small tinge of pain from where his head hit the floor. Luckily he wasn't a boy with anger issues, or else he would have to return the favor. Except he didn't get the greatest look at the person that had knocked him down. He reached behind him to the door and pulled himself to his feet. Even if she accepted his apology, she would probably be wondering what he was doing up there in the first place. Or maybe it was just him, and she saw guys up there all the time. He pulled his hand from his head.
"Someone pushed me over and I fell in here."

Mysterious As TheDark Side Of The Moon Picking up a pencil Roxxi began tapping it against the side of her right temple as she quickly reread the last page of her comic. At the moment Stark and his mentor Phoenix where out on the dragon ball pitch as Phoenix was going to start teaching Stark who to fly. Phoenix had shown and helped Stark how to get onto his dragon before taking off. And know Stark was just about to set off himself. Now she was just deciding whether she was gonna have Stark be a natural at flying or a complete clutz to start off with any way. Most people didn't think it would be a particularity hard choice but when your a writer even for a comic book you have to make sure everything is plan out right as one decision can change the direction of the whole series.
After a few more minutes of thought Roxxi decided on a bit of a compromise. She was gonna have Stark seem as though he was a natural at flying on his dragon and get a bit over confident only to find out it was beginners luck and fall off after about five minutes. So she began sketching out the little cartoon frames in the boxes of Stark flying with Phoenix in the background telling him to be careful. Then just as she was drawing a box what had the words THUD! in a comical explosion the was a real life thud as someone came tumbling into her dorm which she hadn't been expecting. Turning around in her seat she saw the culprit of the noise laying on the floor and he was looking right at her.
"Um...I'm really sorry."He said rubbing his head. Roxxi didn't blame him as it seemed like he hit his head pretty hard when he feel over. Then he grabbed the door handle and stood up. "Someone pushed me over and I fell in here." Standing up herself Roxxi pushed her chair out of her way and stuck her pencil behind her ears as she came out from the little corner of the room. "It's OK, relax just don't make a habit of it." Roxxi said a small smile coming to her face. She didn't mind the interruption as she didn't have much company these days unless her brother popped round. "You want to come in and sit down looked like you hit your head pretty hard." Roxxi said gesturing for him to come in and sit on a bed.

Ryland wasn't sure if this girl was the yell-at-people-who-interrupted-me type of person or not, but he hoped she wasn't. After all, it wasn't exactly his fault that he had been pushed into her room. As he first looked around, he got a little dizzy. He hadn't hit his head hard enough for that, but he figured he had stood up too fast. Probably because he didn't want to look like an idiot laying on her floor, even if his head did hurt. He was relieved when she smiled at him, though. Not some mischief grin, like someone who might be like "It's okay. Now go away!" types of smiles. More like a caring grin, even though she didn't even know him. Not everyone had to be mean, though, right?
He smiled back at her. "I'm not usually such a klutz." He paused. "I don't think."
Oh great. Was he losing his memory too? So far since he had arrived, he apologized in every other sentence, was obviously becoming a huge klutz, and worse... he was losing his mind! Well, his memory at least. But it might as well be the same thing. His hand slid from the doorknob as he looked over to where she gestured to the beds.
"Oh, thanks. I won't bother you long, I promise."
He really just didn't want to be falling down from dizziness in the hallway. Someone would probably think he was drunk or something otherwise. Ry walked passed her and sat down on one of the beds. He didn't know whose it was, but he hoped they wouldn't mind him using it for a moment. He wanted to ask her a question, but thought it might sound a bit stupid. He was also trying to figure out whether caring was an eagle trait or just a human trait. It seemed like he cared a lot lately, when he didn't normally. Well, when it came to what he was wearing, he didn't care.
Although he was somewhat of a loner, he was guessing he cared if people liked him, because it was nice to have the option. Wasn't it better to know there were people who wanted to talk to you, even if you didn't want to talk to them, rather than not having the option at all? That was his logical thinking anyways. In the end, he never knew anybody, even a loner, who never wanted to have at least one person to talk to when they could.
"Is it...normal for guys to be up here? I mean, I haven't been here long, so I don't really know."
And he didn't want people to get the wrong idea either.

Mysterious As TheDark Side Of The Moon Looking at the boy Roxxi could tell that he wasn't one to wonder in on people so she believed him when he told her he had been pushed into her dorm. Some of the boys here where just too darn rough and they just said it was their inner animal and not them. So what if your a lion shift must of the times lions just lay about in the sun while the females do the hunting so it wasn't really a valid excuse. Roxxi herself was a snow leopard shift and that was a fierce predatory animal but she didn't go around acting as if she could push people around and knock them flying. They where just bullies and they tried to use their animals side as a cover up which just wasn't right in Roxxi's eyes.
Soon the boy sat down on one of the beds as Roxxi was sure her dorm mates Kahlilia and Blossom wouldn't mind if he sat on the bed. But they wasn't her so what was they to know, plus if they did he could always hope onto her bed as she didn't mind as she had her chair and desk and that's all she really needed to be free when doing her comic book. Then grabbing the back of the computer like chair she swivelled it round before taking a seat so she was about the same height as they boy. Then he went to say that he would bother her long but Roxxi didn't really care he wasn't really bothering her. "It's no fuss at all, I don't mind the company in fact it will do me some good Kallen is always saying I'm a bit of a loner."
As she said this a smile smile came to her lips. Kallen was always looking out for her even when she was perfectly fine know wonder Roxxi thought of him as her own personal guardian angel. Then he asked another question about whether it was normal for boys to be on the girls floor. "Well it's not something you guaranteed to see every time you walk the halls but it's not irregular. My brother is always dropping in on me seeing how I am so it's no big deal." Now she could tell the boy was obviously quite new around the academy so Roxxi though introductions where in order." Oh by the way I'm Roxxi Halliwell, may I know you name if it's all right with you."She asked as she didn't want to invade his privacy or anything. If he didn't want her to know he didn't want her to know.
