Kai shrugged off the feeling of being cooped up in the hot art room. The kiln had been on a lot today because of the specific projects they were creating in sculpture, which was a very bad idea and resulted in making it hotter than comfortable. Her classes were over for the day and the evening was to herself. So what did she decide to do? Run back to her room and take a shower. She managed to slip into something a little cooler, a yellow top with a clear strap along the back, and a back mini shirt that was almost like a tutu. She matched some jewelry, some black strappy heels and one of her favorite hats. She did her makeup all fancy, even though she really didn’t have anywhere in particular to go, it was merely a habit. After a moment she decided some bright neon nails were in store to go with the yellow top she was wearing. Wasn’t it normal to have bright yellow nails? It was if you were a pretty little art teacher with a little bit of a screw loose in your head.
A while later she found herself wandering around, debating on going to chill out in the teacher’s lounge or chilling out in the garden. She had figured that where ever she ended up she would find something to do. What do you know; she ends up in the teacher’s lounge which she thought was quite nifty for a teacher’s lounge. It had a number of things from a bar to sit at and enjoy your coffee, to a game table, to chairs and tables. She pulled herself up on one of the bar chairs and watched as two random teachers held a game to themselves. No one was really in here, and that was really boring to Kai. Her finger idly traced her butterfly tattoo on her forearm, and her mind wandered to many a thing.
The projects had come along nicely, and she had an idea for a new one. Something more abstract and out there. She was curious to know if the kids were as creative as they seemed to proclaim. Eventually her mind wondered around to things other than art. Humming quietly, almost inaudible to others she thought the lyrics to a song she had stuck in her head. Tears in Vegas - Tears in Vegas, Who can save us, We're all toyz, girls and boys, Tears in Vegas, Tears in Vegas, Who can save us, We're all toyz, Lonely toyz. Things were way too dull for Kai’s liking, and that needed to change. Somehow she hoped it would, otherwise she’d probably revert to causing some sort of trouble which, if you knew Kai, was never very good.

PRENTICE 'REN' URBAN SHUNED BY EARTH LEFT THIS PLACE AND ALL IT'S WORTH OUTFIT With in the confines of what he considered his room, his territory, he could shake his head and wonder how in the world a student had ended up in his class when it seem that they were lucky to add things together correctly over anything else. In his room he could speculate at the futures of these students and wonder if any of them knew that eventually they would be forgotten. That all their hopes and dreams would pass in the blink of an eye. Prentice blinked at the piece of paper in front of him some trivial assignment that he'd requested be handed in to him once done and the student that had handed it in hadn't even bothered to actually finish it not to mention it had gotten lost behind his desk apparently and was now far to late for it to do said student any good. The pen in his hand tapped at the desk in an absent beat as he merely looked over the paper having grown disenchanted with the basic mistakes and half wondering if it was even worth the time to mark it, even if he didn't have to, but knowing that it just might help the child in question if he did. The pen clacked against the desk only to nosily roll down nearly the length of it before finally running in to a book and stopping there. He stood up after that arms reaching upwards and his back popping quietly just letting him know that he had been sitting for far too long. Running a hand down the small of his back he sighed softly wondering what in the world he could do that didn't involve the inside of his room and the particular taste of disappointment on his tongue. Since he didn't have to teach he had stuck with casual clothing a dark grey band shirt paired with dark pants. Then random little accessories that he'd picked up during the day with more things wrapped around his wrists than he normally liked. But making sure he had his keys in hand he left his room behind hopefully for something a bit more interesting. His legs had led him to the lounge with out his mind even considering where it was that he wanted to go. That room had never been one of his favorites anyways so usually he just avoided it. Because he might not care but there was no reason to enter a room that made him want to leave it again. It was almost funny how he just watched his hand lift snag the handle for the door and walk in. Apparently Ren was having one of those really distant days when he was there in person but his mind was obviously miles away. His eyes flicked through the room landing on an easily recognizeable figure for him. After all he had known her for over half his life and therefore should be able to recognize her regardless of the frivlous and strange outfits she wore. "You look... Like you belong on a beach in Hawaii, Kai."
