Jordan Cole - - - - - - - - - - Jordy slipped away from the bustle of the hallways not nearly soon enough. Of course she loved a lot of the people she went to school with daily, but sometimes you just wish for that moment, that moment where everything slips into silence and serenity. A sort of bliss if you will. She smiled as the door to the book-filled room shut behind her and she felt the soft air conditioned breeze of the room touch her skin. Her deep brown eyes looked around the room curiously to find only one or two people even in here. Well school had gotten out for the day, so she suspected everyone was out with their friends, as a normal scenario. She pushed a few stray hairs out of her face and behind her ear before walking forward towards the fantasy section of the library.
A person could only wish to read so many books as a huge library as this could hold. She figured she could probably spend her entire life in a library and only still have read only a portion of its pages. It was fascinating in a sort to her, though of course no one in their right mind would attempt that, or so she guessed. She quietly browsed the shelves, looking for a catching title, as she continued to muse about the possibilities of reading all these books. Maybe she would take one she'd picked out before and told herself she'd get around to reading. Christie, Cartland, Steel, Stine, King, Koontz, Patterson, Rice, Austen.." Her fingers traced along the spines of some of her favorite books. She pulled Pride and Prejudice off the shelf after a few moments and held it carefully in her hands and spoke ever so quietly to herself. A lady's imagination is very rapid; it jumps from admiration to love, from love to matrimony in a moment.
She stood there a moment before sitting down against the bookshelf she'd pulled the book off of. Silently as a mouse Jordy began to read, flipping through the pages with ease. Reading was such a simple thing to her, and she was quite fast at it. Though this you'd think would mean she'd remember less, though she could remember most anything she's ever read. It's quite a talent if you'd ask her. - - - - - - - - - - Tagg;; Jayden Thread;; Private Rp Code;; Mine Photos;; Edited by me Lyrics;; Florence and the Machine

Silence was Jayden Richardson’s constant companion - it never left him. At times, Jayden hated it, for it was a constant reminder of his inability to speak but at other times, he welcomed it. It was like a bottle of sweetly scented flowers that Jayden needed to open sometimes, when he was feeling antisocial. The Otter within merely watched, knowing the boy’s moods. Jayden had suddenly become antisocial and wished to be alone. The Raccoon could wait. So could any other Animal for that matter. If his beau and/or friends wished to see him, they were going to be sorely disappointed.
Going with the stampede of rushing students, Jayden nimbly cut to where the library was. This was his haven, his sanctuary. A place where he could go to think, cool down when angry or reflect on things – well one of them anyway. The other was the beach. The Otter within relished being in the water, even if it was raining. The water was a good place to think. When Jayden reached the library he became a bit happier, smelling the air as he walked in. He could tell that he’d be fine after maybe...two hours or so. Jay checked his mobile and turned it on silent. That way he could receive any text messages no problem. He had a message from –wait for it – Fidel Mantangra. That boy was like a leech. But the Otter gently chided the boy, reminding him of who had asked who out. The boy let out a silent ‘hmph’ as he walked to his usual spot by the window. Unfortunately there was someone else there – not on the chair by the window but close enough.
The Otter snorted in exasperation. Does it matter? It’s not like you have to talk to her! Besides she may be nice, you never know Hush, you! Not helping right about now
The Otter glowered but was silent. He went straight to the chair by the window, claiming it as his own before the brunette did. He noted her as being pretty. He had seen her around – her name was Jordan Cole, and she was a bear shifter – someone had told him. He swung the rucksack off his shoulders and placed it on the floor next to the chair. He then sat on the chair and got a book out the bag. This book was called Seven For A Secret – it was about birds and was a sequel. He loved books with talking animals as the characters. He almost had the complete series of Redwall, which was amazing. As soon as the mute boy began reading, he became calmer. A smile graced his youthful smile as he read one bit.
