Aria sat on a thick, branch atop one of the tallest trees, air-drumming away to a rock track on her iPod. Oh, she was a slight rocker chick. She didn't like any of that hardcore rock though, likely to hurt the ears. Rock, hip-hop, and dance tracks, she loved. Anything to get the body moving and pumped for training. She hated that pop, romantic shit. It made her want to vomit. Seriously. Anyone who'd listen to that must have their heads stuck in the clouds. That fairytale crap was insulting.
She had just finished Self-Defence 104 class, and now she was revving up for Kung-Fu next. Oh, she loved this school! So far, she enjoyed most of the classes she chose. Suprisingly. No point wasting time studying for information your not going to need. That's like studying maths, if your going to be an art teacher. Totally pointless. As she was singing away to a Disturbed song, she glances in the distance as she watched a group of freshmans playing basketball. She doubled-over laughing when one tripped over the ball. "Haha! Dumbass!" Her noticable husky voice was thick, and she hated when people can tell it was her just by her voice. It irked her in that sense to be noticed in that way. She didn't exactly like that kind of limelight.
She glanced at her watch. Kung-fu not until after lunch. Another half and hour of watching freshmen trip over their balls. No pun intended. She leaned back comfortably in the tree, with her legs crossed over. She made it look so comfortable and easy, it almost looked like she was in a hammock. That's the feline for you. After her first meeting her roommates, she was rather excited to get out of her dorm already. After all, the boredom really settled in. Maybe she was judging them too early? Oh, well. Tough. First impressions told alot. She did hope to make friends more her type. Preferably a guy. Aria was one of those people who got along better with guys than she did with girls. There was more a fun aspect with that, that she could connect with. She certainly didn't want to end up with a jock.
Aria throw off her earphones, and shoved them into her pocket as she turned the iPod off. She was already bored. That wasn't right. Usually she always found something to occupy her mind on days like this, but usually she had her little gang to work with. Well, right now they were scarce. She ripped off a small stick from the tree, and began etching words onto the branch she was sitting on. Just random words. Animals. Words in Latin. Anything to give her some sort of idea for something to do. After a few minutes, she threw the stick like a javelin towards the freshman. It it wasn't for that gust of wind, she could have hit of the freshmen in the head. Oh, that was too bad. It would have made for a great laugh.

pics here Feelin' like a freight train First one to complain Leaves with a blood stain Damn right I'm a maniac
Getting out of the dorm was nice for a change. His room mates where cool, but he needed to get out doors and stretch his legs a bit. There was a lot of people out here today. Looked mainly like a group of Freshmen. Trent always liked teasing Freshmen. They where so vulnerable and stupid sometimes. He had such an urge to run up and grab the basketball and show them how to play, but he decided not too. It was funny to watch them trip all over the place. Trent has been playing basketball since he was younger, so he knew how to play, and how to play well. He snorted a laugh then continued to look around. His senses where keen and he listened for anything exciting.
He ran a hand through his hair and still watched the younger kids throw the ball. He heard somebody yell something but paid no mind to it. He had one headphone in his ear as the song Sound of Madness by Shinedown was playing. He hummed along slightly to it. It was fairly warm out, and his attire consisted of a tight white tank top and a pair of dark blue jeans. His usualy every day attire. Dark chocolate brown eyes glanced around still, as he waited for something exciting to happen.
While being lost in his own thoughts, a stick fell from a tree and hit him in the head. What the fuck! Trent's anger immediately spiked as he spun around, and then noticed a girl sitting in the tree. His fists where clenched, as always happened when he got angry. But he kept his temper down. He didn't really say anything, then he heard a bouncing noise and felt a basketball bump into his legs. Trent couldn't hold it in anymore. He spun around and saw two of the freshmen boys coming towards him. What he fuck do you think your fucking doing? Although in human form, Trents teeth where barred. Trent grabbed the taller boys throat and flung him around into a tree and pinned him , with his feet hanging off the ground.
What what the hell your doing, Freshmen. Trent growled, and his eyes shown with a tint of red. He could almost taste blood he was so pissed. The other Freshmen was yelling something in the background. Trent dropped the other boy, he was choking and gasping for breath as he fell to his knee's. You wanna go, punk? I'll freaking take your head off. Trent, pumped full of addrenaline, grabbed the kids throat and through him into the concrete ground. Trent pulled his shirt over his head, revealing a well toned body, as he watched the boy struggle to get up. The first boy he pinned against the tree came up behind him, and trent grabbed him and pushed him into the ground.
I'm warning you. All back off right now or you'll be leaving with more than a busted up face. Trents fists where clenched and he noticed one the kids had a busted up nose. Trent looked at his hand and noticed blood on it. He shrugged as the two kids ran off. Probably going to tell a teacher but he didn't really care. He forgot about the girl in the tree and he leaned against the tree and put his headphones back in. The song Break Stuff by limp bizkit was playing. He was humming and then leaned his head bac with his eyes closed.

It was a decent day. The sun was out, and it wasn't too hot. That was good thing. Aria hated the heat. Well, not the intense heat. Put it this way - she wasn't fond of beaches. Maybe it was the crowd that she didn't like, not that she was afraid to show off her toned body. She just didn't like the bikini-clad models strutting around the beach. Not to mention how much of a nudefest it was, which kind of annoyed her to no end. But hey, so far she didn't find many of those lipgloss-reliant bitches rearing their pretty hairdo's. Aria tended to avoid that crowd, before she had the tendancy to re-arrange their face.
Just as she threw the stick - and believe me, she wasn't really paying much attention to it - she must have hit someone in the head, because soon enough, the frustration rang out from below. She glanced over her dark sunglasses, and peered below, to find a tall dark student peering to look up in the tree and swear his head off. Aria cracked a smirk, and gave a dry laugh. Finally, some action. "Cool it, beefcake, " She grinned, mischeviously, almost like the cheshire cat. Oh, it was little things like these that gave her motivation in the day. One of the only things to keep her at least mildly amused.
It was rather interesting to watch the scene unfold, however. Because the kid turned his attention to the freshman, who seemed to let fly the basketball as it hit him in the legs. If it wasn't the stick, it was the ball. She grinned, interested at the guy's reaction to it. Man, he was pissed. Someone's frustration was always her pleasure. The tanned-up, dark-haired guy started swearing his head off at them, until he began to resort to physical violence. Now this, she'd love to see. The man picked up one of the freshman by the throat, and flung him to the tree she was sitting on. He had him pinned. He wasn't going anywhere, that's for sure. Shifting herself to a more comfortable position, she moved to get a better view of the situation.
The guy took of his shirt, which only caused her to smirk more. She loved it when guys showed off like this. It made her laugh to no end. She'd seen chicks kick guys asses even with their shirt off and potruding abs. It proved nothing, really. Oh, she wasn't falling for that. No, seriously. She wasn't. The guy slammed the other freshman to the ground, and eventually, they ran off. "Very gutsy. I like it, " She leaned forward to observe the guy more. Whether he forgot she was there, who knew? But, it did strike up a bit of interest with her. "You're in my class, yeah? As they say in the military: Hoo-rah!" Her husky voice was clearly one that could be distinguished amongst others. It wasn't high-pitched like most girls her age, but it wasn't exactly manly either. It was a tomboyish, rough tone. And she loved it.
