Lydia Azalin O'Conner comes from a wealthy family of shapeshifters from Northern Washington State, USA. She's been dancing since she was little, writes poetry, and acts. She shapeshifts into a panther, a black leopard in other words. She likes doing on adventures, really needs a good guy in her life, and has a stupid thing for danger. So I think that Lydia and Rani would know of each other, she comes from a wealthy family of shifts and Rani's family is a rather famous one. So they might have known each other that way. They wouldn't be good friends though I don't think. Perhaps acquaintances or something. Rani dances classical Indian dances (think Bollywood) and they might bump into each other at the dance studio. |

That's likely. Lydia spends a lot of time there, and her parents tried to get her to connect with other young shifters even before any of them started changing. I doubt that they'd ever be close friends, but acquaintances sounds more like it. They're sure to run into each other a lot considering that they both dance.

Well, we know whats going on between Karlee and Lyd :] They are like bffffff :] Practically sisters! AND dance partners :] -ish. We already know the plot so I don't really have to explain it :]

As you mentioned in Max's personal, close friends and f*ck buddies, don't think they'd ever be serious. If she acts, she and Max could easily either be of have been in a play together, so maybe that's how they met? And he could totally be her dance partner... granted, most of the dance he knows is from Broadway, lol, but he can do bits of other dances, and he's a quick learner.  They also have the "very overprotective over little sister" thing in common, lol. |
