Likes:
- Adventure (Vincenzo is always up for some adventure and he takes pride in the journeys he goes on )
- Snooping Around (Yes, it's kind of a bad habit, but if Vince doesn't know why something is happening or why that person is doing what their doing, he will find out one way or the other).
- The Outdoors
[/li][li] Meat[/u] (Vincenzo would much rather have some ribs or a steak than go for those disgusting fruits and vegetables)
[/li][li] Attention[/u] (Vi hates to admit it, but he does like to be the centre of attention every now and again. He sometimes will go a bit out to do this)
[/li][li] Exercise[/u] (Instead of getting fat, he enjoys going for walks and runs as well as working out a bit to keep him in shape)
[/li][li] Autumn[/u] (Everything about this season is just awesome. Not to mention its easier to do a bit of snooping around if he had to as his animal shift)
[/li][li] Having Fun[/u] (Vince HATES when there's nothing to do and is really quite playful. He can make any group of people have fun)
[/li][li] Challenges:[/u] (C'mon, if we didn't have a challenge every know and again where would we be in this world?
[/li][li] Games and Sports:[/u] (If there's a chance he could win at something and have a great time while doing it, he wants to play it)
[/li][li] Helping People Out:[/u] (Vince is a very loyal person and he is always available to offer a helping hand when needed. He enjoys it)
[/li][li] Dogs:[/u] (Vince is a HUGE dog lover)
[/li][/ul]
Dislikes:
- Fruits and Vegetables:
[/li][li] Winter:[/u] (Most of the time, it's too cold to really do anything! And the snow is hard to walk and run on)
[/li][li] Being Bored:[/u] (This should go without saying. Why would anyone like being bored? There's always something to do and if he can't find anything than it's a problem)
[/li][li] Being Alone:[/u] (Being the social and friendly person Vince is, there is nothing worse than having no one to share the adventures and good times with)
[/li][li] Rabbits:[/u] (Vince finds himself very annoyed with rabbits and hares. As his animal shift, he chases them hoping to catch a quick bite)
[/li][li] Getting Caught:[/u] (Ya, maybe he shouldn't have been snooping. Getting caught sucks and the people that he can get caught by can definitely have affect how much he hates it)
[/li][li] Being Inside:[/u] (Being closed in by 4 walls. Seriously? No, he would much rather be outside where there's unlimited space)
[/li][li] Storms:[/u] (Vince HATES when it storms. Rain and thunder and lightning just kill the mood and kill all the fun)
[/li][li] Losing:[/u] (Losing is lame and he tries to avoid it at all costs)
[/li][li] Seeing Friends and Family Hurt:[/u] (He can't bear not being able to help friends and family that need it)
[/li][li] Routine:[/u] (Everyday should be different and everyday should be new)
[/li][li] Fur Coats:[/u] (Umm...excuse me, you killed an animal to look ridiculous? You're kidding right?)
[/li][/ul]
Fears:
- Guns:
[/li][li] Failing:[/u] (Vince is very self-disciplined, but if something doesn't go right it does have its toll on him. He hates failing and is pretty afraid of it)
[/li][li] Bananas:[/u] (How do they even grow in that shape!?)
[/li][/ul]
Strengths:
- Brightening Someone's Day:
[/li][li] Running:[/u] (He's a great runner, which may be the reason that he loves sports so much)
[/li][li] Goal Setting:[/u] (If Vince says he wants to do something, it will get done. He has never quit at anything before).
[/li][li] His Sense of Hearing and Smell:[/u] (Over the years, these are the senses that have taken over his body. This is one of the reasons that he's such a great snoop)
[/li][/ul]
Weaknesses:
- Distraction:
[/li][li] Short Temper:[/u] (Vince doesn't have much patience most of the time if dealing in a situation where he's not being heard, being left out, or something of that deal)
[/li][li] Sore Loser:[/u] (He hates this quality about him, but something just sets him off when he loses and he feels as if he has failed. Therefore, this is a great weaknesss)
[/li][/ul]
Overall: [400 words minimum]
Vince is a very energetic and outgoing person. When people first meet him, it's not the usual "can I borrow that pencil?" or, "Excuse me, can you move over?", or "Sorry for bumping into you" that usually starts the conversations. Nah, Vince is so outgoing that he has no problem introducing himself to anyone around. Whether it be in class sitting next to someone whom he has yet to meet, standing in line for something and being bored out of his mind, or any other situation that would be very awkward without one of the parties stirring up a conversation. Even though he sometimes doesn't get the response he was looking for, he never regrets trying as it's always worth a shot. Having said this about him, however, he has learned not to be over-friendly as some people view this in weird and negative ways. If the conversation and meet and greet went well, friends usually result from it. And then those friends introduce him to more people and those people to more and it just keeps going. Vince knows many people because of this and he loves it. The more, the merrier.
Even though Vince is a friendly guy and loves to be around people, he also has a great love for competition. His favourite sport is Ultimate Frisbee but he partakes in almost every kind of sport known to man. He is probably one of the most competitive people you will ever meet in your life, and even though he comes off as a great person to play against, there is nothing he hates more than losing. The way he looks at it, as soon as you step onto the field, arena or whatever sporting environment there is, you become "opponents." This is true, however in his world, opponents need to be crushed and he needs to win. Sure, he may seem all happy and cheery at first, but if you beat him then you may be in for a beating yourself. Ok, that's pushing it a bit, but you will see him in a different way. He goes back to being two years old if he loses and its something he's working on. As soon as the game is over though, no grudges are held. He let's out his emotions and goes back to being that friendly friend again.
Vince is an amazing snoop. If he hears about something or wants to see where something or someone is, what something is, or why someone is doing what they are doing then he goes for it. He has gotten really good at it over the past couple of years and is only bound to get better. Now, the other thing about Vince is that, even though he is a snoop and finds things out that he probably shouldn't know, he doesn't in any way share this with anyone. It's obviously none of his business and therefore is no one elses. He's not a gossiper and will keep every piece of information that he finds to himself.
Vince is not just a friend. No he is a very loyal friend. A friend that will help you out no matter what your situation may be. A friend that will always put you before himself no matter how tough it is for him. When secrets need to be told, Vince is usually the person that listens since people know that they can trust him with anything. He won't spill any secrets because he has major respect for the people that are courageous enough to share them. Some of the ones he's hear...not so good but he does not judge at all. He will never defriend you based on something he hears. Never in a hundred and one years would he ever do that.
Vince absolutely HATES being alone. He can't stand it. Yes, he can find things to do to satisfy his boredum and yes he doesn't NEED others to have fun or find something to do. But he really does prefer if there are people there to share the experience and thrill of adventure with him. Some days, where he is in one of those sporting moods and all he wants to do is go play some soccer or whatever, he NEEDS people to be around to play with him. It's very depressing if there is no one around.
Academic wise, Vince is an average student. He tries really hard and studies the best he can, but he finds himself distracted more often than not. He doesn't have a long attention span and would rather be outside doing something more fun than homework. This is ultimately one of his biggest downfalls and even though he passes all his classes, most of them are just barely. He is in no way dumb, however he just needs to A) stop getting distracted so damn easily, B) figure out a way that keeps him focused on his homework and allows him to actually soak in information, and C) not bomb on tests and exams. He does however excel in the subjects he's good at such as physical fitness and any subject that has to do with animals.
Vi is also a very athletic person. He never starts his day without a morning jog. Again, he is great at sports but he thinks its because he is so good at running. He's been a track start for quite sometime now and loves it so much. Some people think that running and swimming are boring and there's nothing to be proud of if you can do them, but Vince has won some short marathons and eventually wants to pull a triathlon (which he is training for). This goes with his love of winning and since he is partaking in an event he is particularly good at, he loves it even more.
Even though Vince is a very down to earth and intellectual person, he lacks common sense most of the time. Something that appears to be simple to do to others, or something that seems like common knowledge may confuse him a bit. He tries to hide it sometimes but when it becomes evident, he can be seen as a bit of an airhead. He thinks without speaking which isn't too smart but he has no problem saying what's on his mind. When something is annoying him or someone is causing problems, Vince will be the one to be blunt. This may be seen as a bit rough sometimes, but usually he only needs to be blunt if someone is causing problems or if he's being honest. Though sometimes, the things that come out of his mouth are just dumb and he realizes it after he says them. He hates when it happens but it happens all too often and he can't control it.
Vincenzo has been known to have a short temper. Even though he is extremely patient with most things, there are many things that cause him to become upset very easily, and unless the situation doesn't become less toxic, he has no problem playing "tough guy" and starting a fight. He is, in no way, really that tough, however get him mad and you could see a whole different side of him. He doesn't sulk in the corner, but goes at it head on. Unfortunately, he has yet to "win" a fight and, like said above, he hates losing. He is slowly taking control of this problem and with a little help from his friends, can walk away from situations a bit easier now.
Although Vince doesn't get in trouble very often, he still has a sort of mischievous vibe to him. He likes pulling pranks and he likes disobeying the rules every now and again. He hasn't done anything that would get him suspended or expelled but he has landed himself in detention at some points. Again, it's his need for adventure and love of excitement that usually causes him that seat, but he doesn't regret it. He also knows the teachers don't mind him there at all. He is a HUGE suck up and because of his charm and quick thinking, usually gets on teachers (and other people for that matter)'s good side. Its handy, very very handy

...appearance

Celebrity Play By: Alexander Noyes
Appearance: [400 words minimum]
Vincenzo As Human[/u]
He is a very fit person. For doing so many sports and getting so much exercise, it really shows in his body. Though he is not very muscular or buff, he is not scrawny either. He is an average build. He is happy with his appearance in this aspect.
There's not much about his appearance that makes him extremely different from any other ordinary teenager. Fits the size, sometimes breaks out as all teenagers do (those nasty spots on your face), gaining some muscle and trying not to look like a slob day in and day out. Normally, Vince wouldn't come off as the best dressed or best looking guy in the school. Some would say that he is a tad on the scrappy side. He may come off like this at times, and he appreciates when it happens, though he doesn't really care enough to spend hours in front of the mirror.
He has no tattoos and no percings. He loves exercise and because of it, he has a nice toned body with muscle that makes him look fit, but not overly fit in which leads to a more disguisting look. He is of good health with his weight and height and is very happy with his body.
He has blond hair and blue eyes and usually wears his hair in no particular way. Most of the time, he likes to spike it up a bit at the front, but there's nothing in his brain that says he has to do it everyday. Depending on how much time in the morning he has, is what he's going to go with. If he's in a rush, he usually just gets out of bed and goes. But if he has time, he likes to make himself look very presentable. Usually, he has time.
As far as facial hair goes, it does grow. If he doesn't shave twice a week he looks extra scrappy and more like a dog. He tries to take control of that the best he can as having that hair on your face gets itchy after a while. Normally, he looks clean shaven just because he does shave often so that he doesn't look hairy. There are lazy days though and on those days, Vince can look scruffy.
Again, he has had some problems with freckles and zits in the past that make his face all spotty, however he tried to also get a hold of that. Now, there are no freckles or zits that can be seen on his face. Hopefully they never come back but he wouldn't be surprised if they do. Zits have a tendancy to come on unexpectedly.
There's nothing to extraordinary, as said, about his appearance but he has received comments involving words such as "cute" and "adorable." At fifteen, it might have to do with the fact that he still has a baby face. Or it might be the fact that he was told he has puppy dog eyes. He was still trying to figure it out. He was in no way full of himself and conceded when it came to his looks, but being given nice comments like that really rocked.
He usually wears jeans or track pants and his shirts usually vary day by day. Nothing too odd about his choices and nothing too eye-catching either. Just a normal teenager look. He never wears hats, no matter how cold or hot it is outside (just doesn't suit him). He does, every once in a while, get told that what he's wearing is very unique and awesome but again, he doesn't aim for that. He just dresses the way he likes.
Vincenzo As Coyote[/u]
As far as his appearance when he shifts goes, he gives off the normal coyote look. His pelt is tanned and this colour runs down his back while he has a bit of a lighter colour near the front that runs up his neck giving him a nice clean look.
He has a pointed muzzle and pointed ears as well as a flat forehead. If someone were to look really closely to the eyes and eyebrows of Vincenzo in his human and then coyote form, they would see that they are extremely similar. Those are the characteristics that stick most when he transforms.
He weighs, as a coyote, about 95 pounds. He is 25-33 feet long without his tail and 30-40 feet with it. He can give off a stern and menacing glare most of the time, but really that's just how his face is. He rarely means it and when he does, its usually because he's about to chase or hunt. He's still his ol' playful self.[/size]
...history
Parents: Marco and Caterina Porascetti
Siblings: Luca; 12, Gianni; 9, and Melissa; 11
[400 words minimum]
Vince grew up in an italian family with two brothers (Luca; 12 and Gianni; 9) and a sister (Melissa; 11). His two parents (Caterina and Marco) have looked after them ever since birth and he loves them so much. This family is the best he could've asked for. I mean what other family can you be so close with your siblings and parents? Most families disperse and don't want to be seen together, but no not this one.
He grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone up in the north. He had lots of friends and family and he loved every single one of them. He got along really well with everyone back home and he had no complaints. The town was small enough so everyone knew everyone and Vince liked it better that way.
The first realization that he had this shifting ability was extremely random and very frightening. He was just at home minding his own business at a bbq in his backyard with his parents (he was about 13 years old) when the first occurrence happened. He still to this day doesn't know what had triggered it. Whether it was something that he had said, something that he had done, the weather, some strange phenomenon. He had no clue whatsoever, but it happened.
His bones started to shift and he started to grow hair, his nose pointed out and his ears perked up. He was now standing on four legs covered in fur. He got a glimpse of himself and realized that he was a coyote. He screamed but all that came out was a howl. He had never been so scared in his life. He didn't know if he was going to be like this forever, what had just happened, or how to get himself back to normal.
He felt so strange. He wanted to chase something, he wanted to catch something...he wanted to kill something. He looked up at his parents and noticed that they had a worried look on their face. Did they know what was happening to him? Could they have known? Is this even possible?
He saw a squirrel run by him and that just triggered it. The squirrel tried to scurry up a tree but the animal inside Vince was saying "Catch and Kill." That's exactly what he did. He chased it to the tree and then pounced. He caught it and had killed it.
He looked back at his parents more worried than ever. What the heck was going on? All of a sudden, he felt pain as his bones started reverting back into human form and he was now standing on two feet again. He was lying on the ground scared and shaking. What had just happened. He wanted to know that second.
His parents then told him that they had this ability too and that it was genetic and they were waiting for when this would happen. As this was all being explained to him, Vince looked at them as if they were dumb. He would not have believed it until it happened and since it did, he obviously believed them. They then said that it was time to move schools and travel to an island known for keeping people like himself.
He was upset. He didn't want to leave here. He knew that he had to though, otherwise bad things could become. So he travelled to the island and enrolled in the school.
For the most part he liked it. There were many other people and many other creature identities here and he really liked that for some reason. His first couple of years had been great so far and he's excited to continue on with his studies at this school. Though he does miss home now, he fears that he may never be able to go back.

[One Paragraph Minimum]
- Loyalty:
[/li][li] Family Bond:[/u] (Vince is very close with his family as are coyotes in the wild. They need to be.)
[/li][li] Hearing and Smell Senses:[/u] (Vince has a strong sense of hearing and smell as do coyotes in the wild. They can hear hunters coming from a mile away and hear creatures beneath the snow)
[/li][li] Curious Nature:[/u] (All the snooping that Vince does is similar to the stereotype that coyotes and foxes have. They are good "detectives" and are very sly. While Vince is not necessarily sly, he is very good at finding out information)
[/li][li] Food Interests:[/u] (Coyotes are carnivores and, since Vince prefers steak over fruits and veggies, it speaks for itself)
[/li][li] Athletic:[/u] (Coyotes are extremely good runners able to run 40 miles per hour. Even though Vince can't run that fast, he does partake in marathons and running competitions because of his love and strength in running)
[/li][li] Short Temper:[/u] (Vince has a short temper and uses it occasionally and even though coyotes are not mad and violent creatures, they can be very temperamental if being irked. This is similar to Vince)
[/li][li] Playful:[/u] (Coyotes are very playful creatures which goes hand in hand with the personality of Vince)
[/li][li] Outdoors:[/u] (Both Vince and Coyotes have an intense love for the outdoors)

The Man Who Wore Snow
Old from another site
Hunter loved coming to the winter wonderland. It was the perfect place to pull pranks on unsuspecting passer-byers. The snow made a great hiding spot and it was nice and soft and fluffy so it wasn't too hard to hide in either. Today was a good day and he was in the mood to do some hardcore pranking.
The past couple of weeks had been dreadful for him. He was getting out of the schoolwork phase (as if he had ever got into it) and was trying to suvive what was left of the school year. He was also hanging out a lot with Tyler and Parvati and just didn't have much time left to do any pranking.
Pranking was his life, ever since he was a little kid. He just needed to get back into the swing of things considering it had been a while since his last prank. He thought back to all of the pranks that he had once done and decided that this prank that he was planning on pulling today, would rock so much that it would bump up to one of his favourites.
He was out of uniform, wearing his ripped, blue jeans and his leather jacket overtop a plain white t-shirt. He knew that this look gave off a "tough guy" kind of look and that's what he wanted. Not to prove that he was tough (considering, well, who didn't know that yet?) but to make it the first warning to little kids not to bug him.
He wasted no time. He got busy building his snowman. The blueprint for this prank would be really simple. He would disquise himself as a snowman and slowly start to scare people, first by following them with the snowman costume, and then popping out of the snow and startline them. It was perfect.
The only downfall to this prank was that he would have to get his jacket wet. Meh, it was a price to pay to see the fright in other people's eyes.
He looked for a few sticks to make for his arms and remembered the carrot and buttons he had put in his pocket. Those would be essential for making the snowman look as real as possible.
He finished covering himself in snow and put on the finishing touches. He looked around waiting to see where the first victim would come from. There were so many to see and so many to scare, but which one would be perfect. Well, when the time came, he would know. It's very obvious when the right person comes by.
That person better not take long. He started to shiver.
