Overall:

Aiden is the epitome of skirt chaser. He loves women, and sometimes women love him, because he is smooth and charming, but usually, he is over-confident. Although confidence can be an attractive trait, too much of a good thing can be quite annoying. He can be very obvious, and very see-through, but those dashing good looks have pulled him through the “Can I buy you a drink?” line a few times. He understands, for the most part, how most women work, and can, when he tries, come off as sweet, but again, his arrogance can slip out and be a dead giveaway. He’s such a player mostly because he gets bored very easily, and likes to keep himself amused with his two loves: women, and art. Art is his second love, but he is no less passionate about it, because it is really his only way he has of expressing himself. He doesn’t tell the truth about how he feels to any of the girls he meets, he doesn’t talk to family much, so art is really what he uses as a creative and emotional outlet. He can appear to be dead serious, and telling the truth when he’s talking to a girl, or in a serious situation, but honestly, he rarely is. Usually, he’s upbeat, positive, and jokey, on the outside, although what’s going on inside is a mystery. He tends to avoid problems by running from them, and will dance around a subject if it makes him uncomfortable, or make jokes about it. He isn’t a bad person, he just has a one track mind. He is also a big fan of money, and tends to bum it off of people, mostly family, even though he has a job and isn’t in any financial trouble. There is one family member, however, that he adores more than anyone, and has just been recently added; he has a puppy, which he simply planned to exploit as a tool to pick up women, but he soon found out that he’s a big time dog lover. He now adores his five month old Australian Shepherd mix, Mina, and does a lot to make sure she doesn’t overheat, with her naturally heavy coat, and is in top shape. She goes almost everywhere with him, partially because he doesn’t like to put her in a cage when he leaves, but if he doesn’t she tears things up. He has a sweet spot for most dogs now, and even though he still uses her a little, they love each other quite a bit. When it comes to having human friends, Aiden makes them quickly, because he is fun and outgoing, but he isn't exactly the best friend to have, seeing as he doesn't like opening up, and doesn't like other oepning up to him. In many ways, he is imature, but he is a good actor, and an even better liar.

Appearance:
Being born and raised in Hawaii, Aiden loves the beach, and everything that comes with it. He is tan because of all the time he spends on the shore, and can sometimes be mistaken for a typical surfer guy, with his blonde hair and darkened skin. He does surf, but doesn’t fit the stereotype, and it isn’t something he is very active in. Aiden is a laidback guy, and the way he dresses usually shows it. He doesn’t put much thought into his clothing, so usually, a t-shirt, a jacket if it’s cold, and jeans will suffice for him. He doesn’t try very hard to look good, but he thinks he doesn’t have to, since he’s completely full of himself when it comes to his looks. He does get dressed up for special occasions, and actually likes wearing a suit, but unless he’s going to a job interview or an elegant date, he’s usually not too fancy. He carries himself tall and confidently, with good posture, since it was something he was taught as a kid. His hair is light blonde, somewhat shaggy, and he keeps it looking messy, although the messy look isn’t achieved naturally. He has dyed it before, since he used to want to have brown hair, but he went back to his natural color after a year or so of being brunette. His eyes are a dark blue, and he’s 6’0. He’s a somewhat lean guy, not very muscular, since he’s just naturally skinny, without working out. He isn’t scrawny, but isn’t built, either. He has always managed to flee from angry boyfriends and other potential fighters before things got out of hand, so his skin is pretty much free of any scars, except for the occasional burn he gets from his job as a chef. He has a tattoo of an intergalactic battle on his right shoulder and arm. Yes, he was drunk, don’t ask… another thing he has done to his body is gauge his ears, which are currently size 0. He needs glasses to read, but refuses to wear them outside of his house, and doesn’t even carry them with him when he leaves.

Mina, his five month old Australian Shepherd, is treated like a little furry princess. She’s brushed almost daily, to make sure her fur doesn’t get too thick and unbearable in the summer, and is a bit chubby from too many treats. Her fur is gray, with brown, black and white speckles all over, and is still pretty thick, despite the grooming.

Aiden comes from a family where proper manners, sophistication, and money were all very important. He grew up surrounded by politics, his mother being the mayor of the city Lahaina, a large city on the western tip of Maui. His father was active in local politics as well, but was never as successful as his mother. Aiden never took an interest in it, and because of this, he was barely a part of his parent’s lives. He was, for the most part, raised by a nanny, and although he was pampered with expensive toys and private lessons in sports, music, and art, he wasn’t given much attention. The point of the pampering was to keep him happy without expending any energy, but it didn’t exactly work. Aiden grew to resent his parents, and politics all together.

One thing that his parents did do right, though, was giving him private art classes. Aiden had a passion for it, and his teacher saw this, and worked with him for years, until he finally moved out. His old nanny, and his art teacher were the two most positively influential people in his childhood and adolescence, and for a while Aiden seemed to be on the right path. But his hatred for his parents overcame, and as soon as he finished high school he moved out. This is where the constantly wanting attention from women started, and it hasn’t stopped yet. It could be his ego his lack of attention when he was younger, or something entirely different; he has yet to even wonder about it. He thinks of it as a form of entertainment, like a recreational activity.

He has moved around quite a bit, but has been settled for the passed year in his apartment on one of the smaller Hawaiian Islands. He has a job as a chef at a local restaurant that is right on the coast, and he sells his paintings for a small amount whenever he can. The restaurant he works at, the Hawaiian Shack, which aims to attract tourists, has actually bought a few of his paintings of native birds and other animals. His young dog, Mina, is his loyal companion who he adopted only two months ago, but the bond between them is already obvious. He usually brings her to work with him, and everywhere else, for that matter. It’s a simple life he leads, but he loves ever moment of it.
