Declan is a maniac. He is overly obsessed with fire and flames. His life revolves around fire and explosions. Hence for choosing his major as chemistry. He loves making things explode. No matter what it is, he loves to watch it explode. The fire makes him loose his mind. He turns into the "evil scientist" type. He is a psycopath. He is not a very social person. He is usualy the type to watch a crowd from afar, but never emerse himself in thier activities. He does not make friends easily, and he prefers it that way.He is a pacifist, and refuses to fight unless absolutely nessicary. He is quiet, but deadly. He is constently imagining what he can blow up next. The voices in his head tell him so.

Yes, he has a voice inside his head that he belives is his brother. He calls him "fang". The voice inside his head makes him go crazy. He does what ever it says. He tends to scare other people away because he is always talking with the voice. It makes him seem like a crazy hermit. When he is violent, it is bad. "Fang" tells him everything. The voice is obviously a hallucination, but as I mentioned before, Declan is crazy. He constently makes rude remarks to people and is very sarcastic. Not always on his own doing, he tells people that Fang told him to say it. He looks like a nutcase many people tell him. He tends to scare away people. He is a very creepy person. He doesn't ever talk about his parents or family, so nobody really knows.

Declan does not live in the past, only in the present. He has been known to attempt strangling people before in his snake form as well as his human form. He has appeared to humans as his snake form, but they always thought he was escaped from a zoo or something. One of the worlds largest snakes, with a human mind, preying on people is not safe. He does what ever Fang tells him too.

Declan is very intellegent. He tends to use his smarts in more of a smart ass way, though. He tends to talk in riddles and almost never makes sense when he talks to people. This is just anouther reason he tends to scare people away. Not to mention a rather creepy grin he has on his face all the time. He talks in circles as well. He knows what he is saying, but nobody else ever does. He sometimes speaks in present tense as well, as if he was wrighting what he was saying. Refering to himself as "declan" when he talks to others, rather than I. He is an odd charactor and he tends to avoid people.

Declan is a fairly good looking person. If it wasn't for the creepy looking smile he always had on his face, and the really out of place blood red eyes, people might actualy like him. He always looks like he is plotting murder. He has pale skin and he almost never tans. He is not quite albino, but almost as close as one can get. He was always refered to as "snowflake" back in his old school. His hair is dark brown and goes down to about his ears. His hair is always messy and he never brushses it. He doesn't really care what others think of him. If one had to describe what he looked like, they could describe him as practically the very epitome of a vampire. The blood red eyes, pale skin, and he doesn't tan... that would explain a lot, but unfortunatly, this is not the case. Declan is not infact a vampire.

He stands at about six foot one. Not the biggest, but he is fairly tall. He is a closed off person and you can tell that just by looking at him. He tends to hold himself in closed off gestures, just to try to prevent people from talking to him. And when they do, they don't know what the hell he is saying anyways. He usualy wears dark clothing. No, he is not gothic, but he feels it helps him blend in better, since he does not like to stand out. In the case of constently talking to yourself, that tends to fend people away on its own. He doesn't give off a good aura and never makes good first impressions.

Albino Burmese Pythons are fairly rare. Albino animals and humans come from a lack of pigment in the skin. Most are pure white, but an Albino Burmese Python is actualy yellow and white, opposed to green, black, and brown like the usual burmease pythons. The base of his body is a sickening yellow color, with pearl white diamond and square shapes all over his body. He is larger than a typical burmese python, and burmese pythons are the 6th general largest snake breeds in the world. As a snake, he is quite a sight to fear. Not that he isn't in his human form as well, but snakes are just frightening anyways.

His stomach is a creame / off white color. Large, yellow and white body covered in millions of scales. His whole body is covered in muscles, from head to tail [literally]. Pythons do not have poisen to kill there food, they use strong muscles to squeeze thier prey to death. And thats just what Declans python form is built for. In his python form, his eyes are also a sickening red. In both forms, his eyes look like those of a cold hearted killer, but Declan really isn't. Unless the voice in his head tells him to do so... Despite the way he is now, Declan was normal when he was younger. His family was a full shifting family, and they hid well from the humans. His family was extreamly wealthy and they lived in Beverly Hills. His parents where not much of his life. He and his brother, Fang, where extreamly close, though. Him and his brother where extreamly popular, even throughout elementary school. They where the ones throwing all the best parties and invited everyone. They lived in a huge house. Declan was two years older than his brother, but none the less, Fang was popular. The two brothers where always a bit different. When he was younger, Declan had soft amber eyes. They darkened as he grew older.

Declan and Fang where never faced with many problems when they where young. Rich parents and friends on demand. Anybody would be friends with them if they could. When Declan was in eighth grade, at fourteen, Fang was just starting the sixth grade. The two had might quite a lot of enemys at this time. They still stood out like sore thumbs. Wearing expensive clothing, and being able to buy thier way out of anything. Declan was always to more cocky one. He would always push his way into any conflict. He was the type of guy to flirt with any girl, regaurdless of whether they had a boyfriend or not. He got himself into a lot of trouble. Fang was the more level headed one, trying to keep him and his older brother out of trouble.

The brothers knew about shifting. Hell, thier entire family did it, so they had to know. Both where anxious as to what they would shift into. Declan of course, knew he would find out soon. He was already fourteen, he would have to find out soon. One evening, after getting sent home from school for fighting, Declan discovered his animal shift. He was laying on the floor in his house, when he began to feel a tingling sensation. He was the only one home at the time, and didn't realize this sensation. He sat up, and looked at his hands. His hands and arms where cracking loudly, as where his legs. A serious pain was shooting all throughout his body. His body twisted into an awkward position, and he cried out in pain. The transistion seemed to take forever and the pain seemed to never end, until it did end. Which was a weird sentence to write.

This was the weirdest Declan had ever felt. He had no arms or legs and he had never been this low on the floor. Unvoluntaraly, his toung kept flicking in and out of his mouth. It was starting to freak him out. His vision was different as well. A series of bright red, green, blue and yellow splotches. Everything was a different color. He turned his head around, sporting blood red eyes, and saw that he was not the normal snake color. Was he albino?

After a while of checking out things in the snake life, Declan figured out how to shift back. It was amazing! And he wanted to tell everyone, but nobody was home. His parents and brother would be home soon. That day at school, somebody had introduced Declan to smoking. Since his parents were not home, he decided to try it. He had a whole pack and a lighter, so what was not to try! He sat on his bed and lit the cancer stick and put it between his lips. A sweet, and intoxicating sensation was sent into his lungs. He breathed the toxic smoke back into the air. He flicked the lighter, watching the flame go up and down. It was entertaining. He smoked a few of the ciggarettes, and then fell asleep.

The lit cig fell from his hand and onto the carpeted floor. It ignited almost imediately, and Declan woke up with a start. It was after midnight. He had only been asleep for about half an hour, but he knew his mom and brother where home. Mom! Fang! he yelled. The fire had already spread and blocked the door. His eyes widened, as he stared into the flames. he got lost in the flames until he realized it was burning down his door. He looked towards the window and busted through it, falling onto the mini roof thing below his window. He wasn't worrying about the pain he would get from falling, so he jumped off the two story roof. He tumbled to the ground but wasn't hurt, so he jumped back up and ran to the door. He looked up at his window,and saw the flames lapping at his window. His eyes widened again, and he was engulfed into the flames.

He started to laugh, it started out small, then turned maniacal. He hadn't meant to, but he was. He stood there for a good ten minutes, and his father came running out of the house caughing. Declan! What the hell are you doing! His fathers ripping voice said. Declan said nothing, he just smiled and stared into the flames. I'll be right back. I'm going to help. Declans father shifted quickly, and flew through the front window, and flew into the house. Declan continued to watch the flames engulf the house, and kept laughing. About ten minutes later, his father came out, caughing and carrying his mother, and his beloved Brother Fang.

He watched his father collapse to the ground. They're dead... His father said quietly. He say his fathers dirty face turn towards him, and then remembered him saying What kind of monster have you become Declan? And Declan didn't answer. Then the next thing he knows, he hears his brothers voice inside his head. He is a pyromaniac and a complete psycopath. He causes destruction where ever he goes. After his brothers death, which he in no way blames on himself, he has been going down hill from there...

Declan shifts into an albino python for a few reasons. One is the fact that Declan himself is extreamly close to being albino. he is practically considered albino. In both forms, blood red, death seeking eyes stare into your very soul... Also, like a Python, Declan enjoys water. Burmese Pythons are semi aquatic. Declan also prefers the methiod of strangling to any other way of death. He is also very creepy, like a python.
