Candi Allegro Cane is a girl who is always ready to take action. Even if she’s only sitting around, it does not take long before she becomes restless and wants to do something more exciting. That’s what she craves—excitement. Without it, her world becomes, well, boring. And she hates being boring (in fact, it’s what she dislikes the most, besides being a pansy.) ... Besides that, Candi is actually very selfless, though she would never admit it. Her reputation as a tough girl matters a lot.

Cece couldn't express the relief she felt when she arrived in the building, with nothing but a suitcase with a few clothes, and other items that met her basic needs. She was dripping wet, her blonde hair clinging to her neck, her body soaked to the skin (literally) even though she was wearing a raincoat. She noticed some kids looking at her, and felt subconscious for only a few seconds until her confidence kicked back in. Why any moron would want to be in a library in the middle of a hurricane was beyond her. She pushed that last thought away--she was one of those morons in a library during the middle of a hurricane.
