Rage, terror, anger, everything was a whirling pit of emotions as she sat behind the computer. Her eyes were rolling around in their sockets, her body draped back over her chair as she faced the screen of the chatroom, unable to see anything. Her rage was causing her pulse to race under her flimsy, skinny wrist, her body jerking slightly as she pulled herself up. Her eyes looked blankly over the bottles of wine she'd tossed back and she pulled herself clumsily to her feet, looking around on the floor for any signs of remains that she could tilt back into her throat for one more burst of courage before she allowed her body to take over and morph into its more comfortable form. She pushed a hand clumsily through her hair, looking down at the bra and underwear she had on, very dimly recognizing that she needed to put clothes on if she planned to go kill someone. But, then again, she could already feel the roaring inside of her head and her body trembling in preparation for the shift and decided that she would rip out of any clothes she would put on anyway. Her iPod was dimly playing some depressing music in the background that she didn't have the time to go turn off: she was going to destroy an abusive father. Although she vaguely remembered where her friend told her to come weeks ago, there were a few problems with her plan that she didn't account for. One, it was raining. Two, she was drunk. Three, it wasn't just raining; it was a hurricane. Four, she was going to be a humongous dragon so there wasn't going to be a lot of sign reading involved, or so she assumed. She leaned in the doorway, catching her breath as she looked around her bedroom, barely able to register anything close to her, let alone decide if she needed to bring anything with her. Her phone, vibrating wildly, was ringing on her bed, which she assessed as being part of the music. She turned around, slamming the door shut as she stepped into the living room, her feet bare on the carpet.
She padded across the living room, nearly knocking over everything in her path as she clumsily stumbled to the door, her elegant pink-painted fingernails fumbling to grab at the handle of the door. Her lights remained on, music faintly playing behind her as she stumbled out into the hallway. She was feeling the creature inside of her beginning to grow louder and louder, causing her to turn back from the stairs and elevator and instead head for the fire escape, slamming her head against the wall at least three times before she actually managed to climb out. The time it took for her to climb down the fire escape was enormous because she kept feeling fire brewing in her belly, making her cry out quietly to allow it access out and prevent her stomach from catching on fire before she had a chance to turn. She finally dropped onto the wet, slippery pavement, water cascading down on her body as she slipped and slided along through the alley, feeling her body beginning to get heavier and heavier. Finally, it settled down within in. With a loud cry of triumph, she raised her hands over her head, her tan skin morphing into dark purple scales that deflected the raindrops while her entire body grew in mass exponentially, claws and talons growing from her hands and feet and her nose morphing into a long, pointed snout. Her normally light blue eyes slowly grew into bright green slits that glared out at the street while her normally deep and sensual voice transformed into the roar of a dragon, echoing throughout the suddenly crowded and pinched-in alleyway. She roared louder and stomped forward, a cascade of green fire whirling up around her massive body while she pushed her way out onto the street. Her mind had her morphing into this huge dragon-stage form while her body registered perfectly well that it required twelve steps to get to the sidewalk and not just one giant one. Her voice wasn't growing hoarse, mostly because she was so used to the transformation and the yelling had come to be natural for her body. The rain thoroughly soaked her hair and, between her screams and the ear-shattering thunder and lightning and wind, she had to stop and sniffle for a moment, obviously having gotten a cold already.
Her body trembled as she glated down at the small car that came speeding through the rain, headlights shining over her dark purple belly while she reared up, recognizing what she assumed was the boy's father, speeding away from the house. With an even louder roar, she stepped out into the street, allowing her heavy clawed foot to slam into the pavement and make the earth trembled and shake beneath her. Her body adjusted accordingly as she reached down, opening her black muzzle to let out a stream of dark green fire, allowing it to surround the car as she stepped out in front of it, her massive belly blocking the way while she waved her long, lengthy arms in the air, flexing her talons as she prepared to dig them into the roof. She gave a small guffaw when the car swerved into her stomach, knocking her back. Damnit! No! Her weak spot! She felt herself being knocked backwards onto the cold wet ground as the car swerved around her, the driver screaming profanities at her for being a nutcase and speeding away. She lay on the pavement for a long time, simply allowing the rain to melt at her exterior, pounding away at her dragon form until she felt her human form return to her. Acting as if she were mortally wounded, she clutched her stomach and pulled herself off the road, dragging herself through the grass on the lawn until she lay smack in the middle of a small field, nearly naked and nearly soaked to the bone, face down, coughing and spattering into the grass about how she would try to get her revenge and about how she was going to make it better and how-Her thoughts cut off abruptly as she lost conciousness, laying out on the alwn in her underwear in the pouring rain and whirling wind that whipped and pulled at her wet blonde hair.

PRENTICE 'REN' URBAN THERE IS NO SUCH THING AND AN EXTRA LIFE HERE It was funny, or at least he thought it was, that he would even bother to go out and look for students that had gone missing. And there were plenty of them that had been out of the school when the storm had first hit. He himself had gone out to comb through the forest and along the beach just to see if he could find anyone. Anything but sitting inside pretending to be terrified of nature. Perhaps he should have been terrified of the water and howling rains but Prentice had just found it dreary and suffocating to try and wait out the storm. Inaction worried at the back of his mind and wore down his temper back to that nearly uncontrollable teenager he had been. His pants clung to his legs, much to his annoyance, but at the very least the water proof jacket was doing it's job of keeping his upper body mostly dry. A hand pushed through his waterlogged hair pushing it back out of his face so he could actually see where it was he was attempting to go.
He was just at the street when something managed to catch his attention. Well perhaps it was a bit hard to miss a woman who was stripped down to her underclothing and screaming like a banshee. It took his mind a few moments to register that he could recognize the girl, Felicity, back from a spa visit he had taken and she had waltzed in with out a stitch of clothing on. A car swerved around her and the woman stumbled back as if she had been hit. It was too far to tell, really, but given the fact that she was indeed a student... A soft sigh escaped his lips as he continued along the sidewalk, ignoring the car as it went by, intent on reaching her just with out speeding up any. By the time he actually reached the place where she had been the pavement was clear. A muttered curse escaped his lips, falling dully under the roar of the weather around him, as he turned. More than likely, since he hadn't seen her stand again, she could have crawled some where. And that only logical place would have been the field. It really didn't take him long to find her laying prone on the grass.
"You know... If you are going to have a psychotic episode please do on some other teachers time." Ren crouched beside Felicity and watched her back rise and fall for a few moments until it seemed rather obvious that the girl wouldn't be responding to his words any time in the near future if at all. With another sigh he unzipped his jacket to toss over her shoulders and pondered what exactly to do now. Just leaving her there in the rain wasn't exactly an option, well he could but he wouldn't make for a very good teacher then, and there was no way he was going to wait for her to open her eyes again. Carefully he reached over to her, sliding a hand under her stomach to flip her over on to her back. Again he slid an arm under her body, his left one to be exact, and hooked his right one just at her thighs and stood. But rather than carry her like that he shifted her a bit resting her chest against his right side, mostly, her head somewhere near his own but supporting her weight with his right arm and keeping her balanced like that. Leaving his dominant hand free so he could actually get through a door, or in the case of the current moment make sure his jacket actually stayed on her in a bit too late of an attempt to keep her dry. With that done he turned and headed back toward the school.
It was almost a pleasant surprise that she was quiet basically the entire trip. And only a few steps away from the door he set her down, and not exactly gently at that, letting her just sort of lean against the wall like a puppet with out strings. With a huff he crouched beside her, raising two fingers to lightly tap at the side of her face. Wondering just how long she would be out and why in the world she'd been out side looking absolutely psychotic. "Come on kiddo. Time to rejoin the land of the living..." Emotions were throbbing inside of her head, making her delusional, psychotic. Everything was a whirlpool of confusion that she couldn't pull herself out of. The downward spiral was still spinning and she couldn't stop it. Her slump into unconsciousness didn't stop the emotions or the thinking. Her body rushed to keep up with her feelings, rushed to convey all the contradictory ideas that were pulsing through. It couldn't keep up. All that it wanted was to revert to its simpler form and forget everything else. Just let the carnal instinct take over and completely block out all human thoughts. Her body twitched slightly, yearning to taste the warm flesh of prey and to embrace all that was natural. The anger and lack of sobriety still played in her head, making her dangerously close to shifting. When he picked her body up, a rush of memories returned, making her squeeze her eyes tighter and squirm against him. Her mouth opened and closed, her mind went black then white then black then white. When her mind had settled and she suddenly felt heat all over. Warmth covered her body nad made her squint her eyes. Her mind had transported her back, way back when she was an innocent (or not so innocent) teenager and just fledgling. She looked up at the bright circle of the sun that surronded the head of the man who was carrying her. He was staring forward, eyes focused and body stiff as he held her to his chest.
When she looked up, he smiled down at her. His bushy blonde moustache twitched and she thought he was smiling, anyway. His mouth was moving but she couldn't hear anything. She could only hear rain even though it was so incredibly bright and sunny. She tilted her head back on his arm and her sweaty neck touched his sweaty arm. She flinched and looked around for some possible way of escape. She saw that he was carrying her away from two sheet covered lumps on the ground and her eyes widened. A pair of feet stuck out from either of them; an expensive pair of chocos, and a pair of shiny new hiking boots bought especially for the occasion. Her mouth fell open and she scrambled against the policeman, trying to fold out of his arms. He moved his arms around, trying to adjust to the squirming blond thirteen year old until she flopped onto the dusty ground. The tan jacket that had been draped over her shoulders for decency's sake fell off into the dust, causing a cloud to form around her. When her bare feet had been re-adjusted to being flat on the ground, she ran straight over to the two lumps, fallign down between them. Her mouth was still aghast in a twisted form of pleasure and agony. She picked up her hands and held them against her mouth as she looked between the two different pairs of shoes. She took a long deep breath and reached for the top of each sheet, ripping them back to reveal the violent bodies of her parents. Tears formed at the corner of her eyes and she reveled in the act of monstrosity that had befallen her parents.
The tears overcame her and strolled down her cheek, a leisurely walk down her cheeks and chin to fall unceremoniously onto the dry ground, causing spots of happiness from the joy that was sliding over Felicity's face. Uncomprehendable joy was gracing her features and she could hardly breathe. She wasn't losing her mind. She wasn't crazy. It was all reall! It was all true! She really could-Yes! She could! Her neck stretched back and she opened her mouth to the sky, loud exhuberant laughs filling the air as the policeman struggled to help her up even as she laughed hysterically, pure joy filling her every pore. When he'd, at last, gotten her back in to the bck of the police car, she looked outside the window where they were strugglign to pull the sheets back onto the bodies. Felicity's lips twisted into a smile she would never forget and would never let to fade away. A blink of the eye and she was breathing normally again. There weren't tears on her face and she wasn't baking in the hot sun or in a police car. She was propped against a building and someone was hitting at her face, trying to rouse her. "I haven't died, but I appreciate the concern." Her irritability was new and she was unused to it as she opened her eyes to try and stand on her own. She flopped around a bit until she turned to her savior. Her back immediately straightened and she tugged the jacket closer to her body. Her modesty was rare and few between, but Prentice Urban made her watch her step. "I'm sorry that you had to witness that, Professor Prentice." She had to bite her tongue from calling him the casual Ren, mostly because she wanted to be on familiar terms with this man and being upfront was definitely not the way to go. She would have to edge her way in. She looked around for a door and motioned toward it with her head, offering no smile as she walked over and waited for him to accompany her. "I'm sure you have more important things to do, but would you mind joining me back to my apartment? I need to fetch some clothing and I would like to sincerely apologize for the trouble I've caused." She said, glancing off down the road.

PRENTICE 'REN' URBAN THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN EXTRA LIFE HERE * He was not a big fan of carrying people around, not by any stretch of imagination, in human form it was a good deal more bearable than in his shifted from. It was uncomfortable to have another body pressed against his own in anything other than a fight. And with her head so close to his neck the animal part of his mind warned him she could rip out his throat with her teeth. Thankfully at least she did not and actually woke up a good deal more gracefully than he would have ever given her credit for. It was obvious that she would wake before she did though a few moments after he had told her to wake up; although some might not have thought of it like that. Ren merely watched and listened as her breathing rate increased just moments before she opened her eyes.
Her first volley of words merely had him tilting his head still watching her with the absent air of someone who was watching an experiment that was taking too long. Of course he noted the change in her as her back straightened and she suddenly clutched at his jacket as if she was having a sudden fit of modesty. The thought was interesting to him, in a way, since of course the first time they had met had included her being very unclothed in an area that was meant for the male population only. Something like that required a good deal of confidence to achieve. The reason why she was abruptly trying to hide escaped him but, for the moment, he merely shrugged it off pairing it with his answer to her second volley of words. As always carrying someone around had hardly phased him beyond a vague shade of annoyance with having to carry a person and deal with yet another person who was having a psychotic break. Dealing with the ups and downs of another persons emotions had never been a strong point of his.
He tilted his head back to watch her as she stood up still oddly quiet and still even as she practically loomed over him. With out taking his eyes off of her he watched her move away from him, towards the door, as if she fully intended to just waltz out in to the rain again. But her words conflicted with that image since she was inviting him to go along with her back to her apartment. With a sign he pushed sodden hair away from his face yet again. A quick glance over his shoulder at one of the conveniently placed, but ever incorrect, clocks. Ren had been out there on his own time and if he was completely honest with him self too bored to sit in his lovely dorm room and wait for something interesting to happen. Finally he stood ignoring the subtle pop of his spine shifting to look at her.
"Fine then... If only to make sure you do not try to take on any more cars and to get my jacket back." As ever he spoke evenly and calmly. Which was no change from his usual behaviors, really, just like before he was apparently unaffected by having a less than properly dressed woman beside him. With that said he headed for the door and stepped out in to the rain yet again. He raised his head slightly at the almost odd feeling of rain against his scalp, the human part of him detesting the dismal weather, eyes narrowing at the on slaught of rain nearly jabbing in to his eyes. "Hurry up... And be warned I will not enter your place, Miss Tennessen, I do have other things that I must accomplish with my day."
