So, I"m hoping my app will be accepted soon, and I have a few questions that I haven't managed to answer by poking around the sight. If they are answered somewhere and I missed it, feel free to Gibbs slap me and point me in the right direction.

If there's more then two people in one thread, do you guys stick to the posting order?

Do we actually play out classes or are they just kinda for show?

With Summer Madness over, does that mean normal classes start back up, or does it not really matter?

How exactly does the cell phone thing work? I get that you make a list of contacts and what not, but some threads have stats for missed calls and saved messages and stuff. Are they things you update or is there some way for them to update automatically? And if you call a person and leave a message or texted them, do you do it in that thread or somewhere else?

There's a forum for IMs, are E-mails just considered PMs?

That's all the questions I can remember right now. Hopefully I don't sound like to much of a newb, but I want to be sure I have everything straight before I start actually playing. Thanks for your time!

I would assume that posting order would be acknowledged (it has been in all of my multiple-character threads), but I don't think there is a set rule in place for that.

We will once school actually starts. Since SA is played on a real-world time basis, at earliest we would be starting classes next month.

You have to update your own cell thread. The missed calls / saved messages are simply for fun to make the page more like a real phone. You basically fill out other characters' cell phone pages as your character would to exchange messages / calls / etc. in that same thread.

In-character, this is the IM forum. Out of character, there is the options of either using the c-box or sending a PM.

In the FAQ there is an answer to the play out classes question. No! They are just for show.... you can feel free to play them out with the teacher but they are not mandatory.

Just to reinforce most of what Jessi said, because most of it was all correct:

Posting order is usually the easiest. That way people aren't preparing for replies and then everything gets wonky. So the original posts of the thread determine the order.

Summer Madness is just over, like the event. The School year will actually pick up in August and there'll be a post sometime soon to let you guys know how to the school year will work, but yes, students will be able to rp classes if they choose; but it isn't mandatory.
