SUMMER MADNESSSSSSSSSSSS
As you all know, Summer Madness has been going at FULL FORCE for the past two weeks. And with all the participation and effort that you guys put into it, we decided that we wanted to provide you guys with a nice IC outlet so that you can relax for the next Summer Madness week and not worry about the competition.
Which is why we, the staff of Shifter Academy, have decided to host the fourth week of Summer Madness with......
A BEACH COOK OUT!
That's right, a great beach cookout, close to the sand volleyball courts, where all the teams can mingle and interact, meet the competition, hook up with the competition, who knows?!? It's completely up to you guys!
The Beach Cook Out will have everything you could want to need! A grill, a barbeque, an ice cream area, fireworks, a huge bonfire, a great sandy dance floor, plenty of shady rocks to just relax on, towels, and a nice ocean line to walk down, all completely free and rented out for the use of Shifter Academy!
A few OOC things to remember:
You guys are still allowed to do 200 word minimum posts because it IS Summer Madness, after all. Just make sure you meet just that! Which isn't all that hard.
Since this will be a subboard in Summer Madness, you can have plenty of private threads or you can post in a group thread where a group of characters are just hanging out.
Yahtzee may or may not make an appearance, we're not really sure yet. So make sure you mark your thread if you don't want him there!
The board will officially be created Saturday night, which means that you guys have the next couple of days to decide if you want a date to go with, if you want to go in a group, or whatever!
Even though this dance/cook out is THEORETICALLY supposed to only last a week, I know a lot of you are going to want to keep continuing. So you guys will be allowed to post in this board during the rest of Summer Madness.
This is important! We have one FINAL surprise event for you guys planned for the end of the summer. It's a play that you have to put on, as a team, organized and planned. We recommend something you made up (that's our friendly way of saying you can't just pick an already done play and do it again (: ) so you should start meeting up with your team to decide what kind of play you guys want to do and lines and all of that. At least SIX people have to be in your play, others should be tech or the writers or something like that. You'll perform your play during the last week of Summer Madness, hopeful to finish it then, but you can continue if you run over. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start planning now so that you and your team aren't scrambling for ideas during the last week. Any questions, just PM any of Kevlar's accounts or just this account (:
