Tally has a very simple, yet complex personality. It all sort of depends on the situation she finds herself in. Tally can be fun loving, out going and happy. Or shy, reserved and held back. She can be determined and stubborn. There are many sides to Tally-Wa.
Tally is her name, but for some reason her friends started adding “la’s” and “wa’s” to the end of their names. Tally, only likes to be called that when in a good mood. The “wa” signifies when her life was happier. Its something she wouldn’t want to forget. Tally is very energetic, and has a very bubbly personality. Its almost contagious. Heard the phrase when your up your up, your up. When your down your really down. That’s my little Tally-Wa in a nutshell. Most days are up days. Happy days. She can be shy around new people. Her shift form usually pulls her to be drawn back and reserved. Meeting new people is very nervous making for her. Tally will usually observe the situation before casting herself into a scene.
Depressed Tally, acts hallow. Her own face not showing a single emotion. She is good at hiding pain. Its sort of funny Tally only cries when she is angry. Never when she is physically or mentally hurt. The tears will only flow when she is angry. She is usually very good about letting things go in one ear and out the next. However, when Tally is in one of her moods. A lot of things can effect her. Usually verbal things. She doesn’t mind getting beat up on a little. However, verbal abuse she does not handle well. Like most Tally doesn’t like to be yelled at either. She won’t yell back, but she will ball her fists and say something very sarcastic and snarky.
Tallys personality only changes a little when she is in a shift form. She remains passive, and non aggressive. But there is something about her. That will make you want to squeeze the living crap out of a 86 pound german shepherd that could take your head off if she wanted. It might be those big brown puppy dog eyes. But there is an heir about her. She is more confident in her skin when she has pushed herself into a phase. Since Tally does shift into a rather large beasty dog. She has a natural dislike for smaller animals, cats, rodents.. This also makes her a bit anti-social. She won’t want to associate herself with such shifters. She might loose her cool, even headed temper. It seems they are usually the once that make her feel irate human or dog.

Appearance: [400 words minimum]
Tally is your average looking girl. She has ocean blue eyes (however you can’t really tell in her pictures, they are blue). She usually has a look of concern or fear plastered on her features. However this is just a look. Under her eyes are sometimes dark circles, from the lack of sleep. Tally-Wa’s hair is just an average mousy brown. Her bangs cute across her forhead, she has never liked the “emo” bang look. Her hair length is a little past her shoulders, it also has sort of a natural wave it. She hates it, and wishes it was either straight or curly, and not partially in between. Tally has a tribal tattoo on the left side of her face. I will go more into detail about why its there in her history. She will usually run her fingers along it when she is nervous.
She is around 5’6. Taller then most girls were where she came from. Tally is mostly legs. She has long slender, beautiful legs. She is very much in shape. Her body always wanting to move, and never wanting to sit still. Thus giving her the bags under her eyes. Her knee’s are scraped up from a clumsy childhood. She tries to keep her body covered for the most part. Even though she is well built and has little to no fat on her body, she doesn’t like to feel exposed. Her normal attire is usually a hooded sweatshirt and jeans. However sometimes she does prefer to wear jackets.
Tally-Wa’s shift form is a Black German Shepherd Dog. She has deep mahogany eyes that seem to pierce through your soul. She is taller and somewhat lanky female GSD around 25inches and weighing in around 65 pounds. The first impression of her phased is that of a strong, agile, well muscled animal, alert and full of life. She has a deep bodied chest, and smooth sleek looking curves. While at rest or in motion you can tell her muscular fitness, and even though a bit more lanky then others she is still a force to be reckoned with while in her shifted form. Her head is sleek and smooth, you can tell she is a girl just by looking at her. The only thing that throws off the sleekness of her head is her large GSD ears. However they are still cute on her. She is really just a gorgeous dog.

Tally was born in a small town in western North Dakota. Washburn to be exact. She lived a normal life with normal sisters and brothers, normal parents. Well that’s how she figured it was. She had two sisters and two brothers. Tally was the youngest of the five children. Her parents since before she could walk had them in self defense classes, karate, ti kwon do amoung other things. Tally was always very good at them. Very good, determined to be the best. Her brothers and her would spar constantly. Tally would be down, for a moment. However they couldn’t keep her down, she has been chocked out on numerous occasions because she just won’t give up. I sort of jumped a head of myself.
Her parents never explained why she may need all of these skills while growing up. Just left it open for her imagination. When Tally was ten years old, she realized what these classes and all the preparation may be for. Why her parents never frowned upon the constant sparring in the house. She was with her two older brothers, walking down the street. It was past curfew for her but her brothers were twins and were both seventeen. Both had already started to shift, and had a small grasp of it. Tally didn’t even know about it and if she was going to or not. On this particular night there was a man walking down the street. The first thing that put Tally-Wa on high alert. She tugged on Jay’s sleeve, looking at him with those huge eyes, the first alert. He looked up, and almost silently both of her brothers already knew what was about to happen.
Jay gripped Tally’s hand hard. Stopping , and crouching down to her level. “Tally-Wa” he said with a smile. “yes Jay-La” she tried to hide her concern, and tried to talk with the same lack concern. “whatever you see, I want you to run, run home ok? As fast as you can. Zane-La and me will be there shortly.” Tally-Wa had glanced around Jay, only to see Zane gone, but in his place a large fierce looking dog, she didn’t know the breed. He was now watching the stranger intently. Tally nodded, she was gripped with fear and that’s al she could do. “now run Tally-Wa” were the last words her brother had said to her. She spun around on her heels. Listening to her brother. She wanted to stand loyally by him but she knew she would only get into trouble. She glanced over her shoulder just in time to see Jay shift and change into a white German Shepherd. As she turned to her head to focus more on her run home. There was a sudden pain, and everything went black.
She couldn’t open her eyes, but it smelled as if she was in a hospital. The thick smell of antiseptics. She felt the cold metal under her body. She wanted to shiver, though she held still. Fear gripping her. The side of her face hurt, and so did every muscle along her back. She heard voices. Though she couldn’t make them out. They got closer, she clenched her fists against, wait did they put her in a hospital gown?! Knock you out and take you to the hospital, it made no sense. She exhaled slowly, practicing her breathing, not wanting to give away that she was awake. The first voice was gruff manly voice “ I wanted them ALIVE!” his anger moved through her like vibrations in the water. She gulped, what good is a family of shifters when you kill everyone, except the youngest?! Another voice jumped in to defend herself “they were powerful.” was all she said. The man jumped in again “ to powerful for Seekers?!” Tally thought for a moment, had she ever heard of seekers?
Tally opened her eyes now for the frist time, and tried to rub her aching face,. They had her strapped down. She could now see the doctor and the seeker, standing next to her bed. Fear raced through her. The doctor was a tall lean man, the his hair black, but with silver streaks, from age. She looked directly into his blackened eyes. “aw, experiment 73b is awake, good job you didn’t kill one seeker.” Go put her in the holding cages. She felt her bed start to move and be wheeled away. The seekers voice was smooth like honey, it made her want to obey it. “I’m going to take these straps off, I don’t want to hurt you but I will if I have to” Tally nodded. It was a male this time. She felt her arms be freed. He was down at her feet. They had killed her brothers, her sister, her parents? She was to crippled by sadness now to do anything. But curl up into a ball. “good, shifter” he patted her head and walked out the click of a lock and we was gone. She looked in the mirror, the pain on her face was now starting to itch, it was a tattoo. Branded at the age of ten.
Six years later, Tally was still in the same small room, pacing back and forth. Normally the doctor would come in and give her something to calm her down. She had greatly upset him the other day, when he was conducting an experiment, just another normal one, run on the tredmill until you pretty much pass out. She ran for five hours before she finally passed out. Well she thought she did, her world was black but suddenly colors came through, not how they normally did. They had pushed her into her first shift, she jumped back knocking over a tray, biting anything that came close. This was new, this was terrifying. She bit the doctor when he came close. A seeker tackled her, well not really just any seeker. His name they so lovingly called him Fang. He tackled her. Holding her down. “calm down Tally” he was the only one who used her name. She stopped, and breathed. She felt her body changing again in almost a quick little poof She was naked now laying under Fang. The doctor glared “ take her back” Fang picked up Tally with no effort “you know the deal” She shrugged him off “I don’t want to hurt you but you will if you have to.. Can I have something to wear?!” Fang handed her a night gown. Watching her the entire time, not really realizing how much she had grown up until this moment. However Tally was now thinking of ways to escape. She had been here for six long years.
Now she was left pacing back and forth in her five by six cell. Energy building up. She was now beginning to freak out. This had to be the day. A new seeker came to her cell, a smaller woman. Tally rocked back and forth silently on her bed. Her ocean blue eyes dark with turmoil. She watched the woman clean her area, sweep mop. This wasn’t a seeker, Normally when they had the cleaning lady come in there was Fang with, where was he? Compliancy kills, she thought silently to herself. She smirked, sliding off the bed, and dashed for the door, she had no idea where she was going but she had to get out of her. She ran toward the stairs and moved up them quickly. There was a sign that said “lobby” how convenient. She was wearing running shorts and a tank top, no shoes. She took off, out the large glass doors and down the street. She had no idea where she was but she ran. She heard a familiar voice behind her. “Tally, stop! I don’t want to hurt you but I will if I have to!” she kept running, hearing the loud steps behind her “FANG!, you will have to catch me first!” then she pushed herself into a shift, taking off down the street fast then any seeker.
...connecting human to animal
[One Paragraph Minimum (Can be point form)]
Tally and her shift form go hand in hand together. Tally shifts into a German Shepherd. She is very smart first of all. Thinking things through before she executes. German shepherds and powerful and agile dogs. Well Tally is pretty strong for her size but she is very agile, maneuvering in tight places, jumping fences with ease. She loves to run, she is high energy, and goes crazy if she has no way to get rid of it. A German Shepherd was the perfect choice for Tally to shift into for those reasons and many more. It was also what she saw her brother shift into the last night she saw her family. Her and Jay were the closest out of all the siblings. She knew that if she was a shape shifter, that’s what it would be. Of course she was right.

RP Sample[/i]Walking around naked after an accidental change was not Tally’s idea of a good time. She had been on the run from the seekers now for almost six months. She was convinced she had thrown them off her tracks. She couldn’t stay human because of the tattoo on her cheek usually gave her away to any Seeker the area. However a few months ago she had met another shifter. The first one, since she had seen her brothers. Kay was her lame, but Tally automatically seeking friend ship called her Kay-La. She spoke of a town full of shifters, and not entirely sure where it was. Tally, needed to find clothes. Maybe makeup would cover this Tattoo. She huffed softly to herself. It had seemed like months since she had seen Kay-La. Following the directions she had scribbled onto a piece of tissue paper. She hardly needed them anymore. Everything had been memorized but it was sort of a comfort thing. She was now naked, walking down the road. Very nervous making. She looked around, taking a deep breath. She set the tissue on the ground holding it down with her toe, she shifted. She was starting to get the hang of changing but normally it happened when emotions were to overwhelming.
She looked around, no one still. She picked up the tissue delicately in her mouth. At least this way she just looked like a stray dog with a something in her mouth. She looked at the horizon, then gently lay the tattered, slobbered on tissue on the ground. Out of habit she checked behind her, listening and watching for anything that didn’t belong. She hadn’t seen Fang since she was in Colorado. She bit him, he hated her now. It couldn’t have been helped, he had her cornered as a human and fear gripped her and turned her into a fierce looking German Shepherd. Her deep mahogany eyes always getting the attention she didn’t want. She remembered Fangs last words to her “You won’t be able to hide with those eyes Tally” He was usually right. He had always found her. Though she hadn’t seen him since Colorado. She couldn’t help but do a 360 scan on the area.
It took a moment for her to realize where she was, she glanced down at the tissue, then back up at the outline of the town. Excitement rushed through her. Another quick scan, no Fang. Maybe this town would be ok with a naked girl strolling in. Maybe someone would take pity on her and maybe give her a pair of shorts or something. She sighed. Maybe she should just stay in shift form until she got some clothes. That would be her plan. She needed to find the mall, and find the nearest clothing store, it was still early in the morning, around 9:00a. The mall stores would just be opening. She circled it for a moment, finding the chain store Pac Sun closest to the doors. She inhaled heavily, looking up at the doors, one bad thing about being a dog doors were difficult to operate, a quick glance over unless the had the handicap door opener like most malls did if they didn’t want to get sued. She smirked and pranced over to it. Quickly lifting her front paws off the pavement and gently hitting the button. She hit it in sort of a I’m smarter then you way.
Maybe animals in this mall was accepted? She sighed and went in. She knew her sizes by heart now, for fast get aways and everything. Being on the run for so long had also made her a excellent thief. Not something she was particularly proud of, but running didn’t really give you time to get a full time job. In and out. No longer then 15 minutes she was in the woman’s room. She had her clothes in her mouth, something she hated. She stopped and breathed, slowly thinking human thoughts. Then she was changing into a purple Fox flannel with a gray tank top. And a pair of jeans with some element shoes. She sighed, forgetting she needed a bra. A quick stop at Vickie’s would handle that. Ok, time to get back into a normal life, hopefully with no pesky seekers.
