Do you want to be a big part of Shifter Academy? Do you want to help Lexxi and Marc with all the board necessities and work with them to make this site great!? Then this application is for you! We are looking for one individual to help us with our site and we would love to have you apply.

The Requirements

[/u] We need someone who can come up with great ideas like the two of us and make sure there's never a dull moment on the site.
[/li][li]Active:[/u] We don't want to hire you and then go inactive, never to be seen again! If you can't put time aside for the site, then maybe this isn't for you.
[/li][li] Literate:[/u] This is an intermediate-advanced RP site with a 400 word minimum. If you can't RP this way than how can other members follow the admins lead?
[/li][li] Experience:[/u] It would be a great asset if you already have experience adminning so that we don't have to teach you EVERYTHING. You need to have experience in order to work with us (as we are both experienced as well). If you have experience with school RPG's that's a bonus!
[/li][li] Friendly:[/u] Self-explanatory. We're friendly and we need you to be too! Especially to our members.
[/li][li] Participation:[/u] Will you create a character and participate in the site activites? We encourage you to do this.

Experience (examples if possible): Nearly 6 glorious years. Been a member on sites ranging from originals, to Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Charmed, Xena, X-Files, and a whole lot more. Been a head admin/creater and co-admin on various other sites in the past. I've created about five of them, most of them in Proboards and a few work in progress' in Invisionfree. Co-admined and moderated countless others.
Why you want to admin with us: Because i'm always full of ideas, and I know I have the right amount of experience and enthusiasm for the job.

Experience (examples if possible): Six years. I have admined four sites, though I am sad to say I they have gone under. But one I gave off to another admin because I wasn't happy where the site was going. Oops. I have role played in medieval, HP, supernatural, just regular city, etc. I have been through MANY apps, on both sides.
Why you want to admin with us: I love this site. I know I am new (really new) but it would be fun to help build it more and more. And I know the stress of small staff and it would help for more.

I must admit it's a bit slow at the moment but that was due to exams last week and ill health from me and no help from my other admin and my mod so I'm virtually running it on my own. I set up everything for that site as well as this one that didn't really take off. ---->The Nobodies. I have been Head Admin, Co -Admin, Graphics Mod, Advertising Mod and arn't too shabby with coding so I'm pretty good at doing whatever.
Why you want to admin with us:I love to help and will have a ton of free time with college more or less done for the summer so I will be on most days to help out. I love being able to help get new people accepted and always leave them handy tips on who they can improve their profiles with out being harsh.

I was a "mod" on this site for the whole time it was open, but I worked as a Co-Admin and did more than the admin did for the most part haha.

Why you want to admin with us: I want to admin with you because I always tend to come up with good idea's and I am always active! If a site dies, I am usualy that person still ghosting around waiting for it to reopen buut I would never let Shifter Academy die

Will you participate?: Well I will most definatly participate! I have already created a charactor, Trent Jacob Lawson, and I plan on posting as soon as it's not midnight

Will you be active?: Every single day unless I am on vacation, out of internet range, or at a horse show- you better bet your bacon I will be right here :]

Are you an intermediate-advanced RPer?: Well I do belive so! Most of my posts are over 1000 words long or I get really annoyed if they are any shorter. I will say off the bat- I do have a problem with spelling but I am trying to get better at it. I tend to mix up letters.

I think I can bring something to the site- not trying to boast or anything. I am very creative and love to come up with new idea's. I am OK with graphics and coding as well- not the best but OK. I think I would be able to help out a lot on here :]

Experience (examples if possible): I was a co-admin on a site called Larthen for about three years until it unfortunately became inactive. I was also involved on a few boarding school sites as a co-admin, and did have my own site for a while before it too fell inactive. I know it sounds bad, but I just don't know how to pick them! I feel awful too. But I'm not too good with graphics and coding, so I don't know how helpful I'll be in that area, but I have always been responsible for coming up with creative boards and ideas. I've been rping for about seven years now. I have also been a co-admin on a few vampires sites that were quite active. Even if I wasn't a co-admin I would offer help to as many as I could if I could.
Why you want to admin with us: I would like to be given the opportunity to admin with you because for one, I really like this site and the people that are involved with it. I would love to be given the chance to become even more involved and help other people in the way that I was helped on arriving here. The members and staff are extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and I'm hoping to become a bigger part of that. Also, I do have experience and I do feel that I could bring something a little different and creative to the site.
Will you participate?: Always. I love to give my input on things, and I always hope that I'm not that annoying one who talks too much. I want to be able to help as much as I can, and I feel that as a co-admin, we are there to help with the work load. I feel that it needs to be fair in order to make the stress less on Marc, or the head admin. But I will participate as much and as often as I can.
Will you be active?: I have been on every day since joining, and I plan on keeping that trend up. This site is a new kind of style for me, and I think that's what I really needed to get back into rping. I am hoping to be on every day because I feel that is fair to the members and the other staff, and because I want to be here.
Are you an intermediate-advanced RPer?: I would like to think so. I can average 1,000 words if I'm really into a thread, but usually even out to about 600-800. However I know that it's not just about the word count, but more about the substance. If I can get a better post out in shorter words, then I will. It all depends on who's rping and what's going on in all honesty.
Why should we pick YOU and not someone else?: I like to think that I have an easy personality to get along with. I'm patient and pretty happy most of the time. I love to help people when help is needed, and I like to listen to what other people have to say. I have had experience in co-admining and admining sites, and I was hoping to get involved seriously in another site as soon as I could. I want to be able to help Shifter Academy and the members and staff. I also like to think that I'm creative, and I love creating new ideas and boards and areas to post in. It's always been a habit of mine, and I've probably added too many places to rp in. But I just love doing it!
