I'm just confused about one thing on the whole shifting thing. When you shift back into a human from being an animal are you naked or wearing cloths?

You have lost your clothes. Realistically speaking if you are shifting into another shape, you're not shifting your clothes too.
In your case, your shifted shape is smaller than the human form, so your clothes would probably just be on top of you. When you shift back, you will be naked. I suggest using forethought and stashing clothes x3
