Overall: [400 words minimum]
Dimitri is a very strong and confident person. He was raised from a young age to fend for himself and to take control of his life. He's not cold or uncaring, just unwilling to let things stand in his way. He grew up knowing very few people, and he decided he didn't like this. He decided that being around people was more fun.
He has a possessive attitude and likes to think of people he likes as possessions. He keeps them under close watch and if anyone else does anything that he feels is getting between them, he goes crazy. He doesn't mind having multiple possessions at once, as long as they don't bicker amongst themselves, because if they do he'll have to set them straight.
He isn't shy about doing things whether it be alone or in front of a large crowd. He's not about to do anything just because, but you shouldn't count him out on anything. He's always stirring up some sort of commotion around himself, whether it's on purpose or just on account of his behavior is dependent on the situation. He hates to be bored. Boredom is usually the number one cause of him acting out, he craves and lives for the attention. He has proven to have some patience, but it tends to wear thin when around people other than his toys.
He's always on the move, looking for something or someone new to peak his interest, often trying to bring his people with him. He loves to act wild and have a good time, and dislikes being asked to stop. He enjoys the company and attention of his possessions best. He tends to get into a lot of fights. Years of fighting and even the way he was raised have made him a good fighter. He's trained himself a bit, but would like to learn more about fighting. The sheer number of fights he's been in make up most of his knowledge and prowess, that and the
fact that he'll fight dirty if he feels like it. There are those days when he simply lives to fight, and doesn't feel it's been a good day without one.
He has a sense of faith, it's just a rather twisted one. His major is Mythology because he likes to believe there's some sort of a God out there, but maybe not the one most people think of. He embraces many beliefs of many religions. He particularly fancies poly-theistic religions. The idea of multiple Gods, ones for every occasion as it were, is fascinating to him. He's not one to preach his views on another, but he'll happily attempt to tear someone's views down if they try to impose their beliefs on him.
He's pretty much the same in wolven form. He's still cocky and arrogant. Also still protective of his toys. He's faster, obviously, and more agile. Still the scrapper he is in human form.

Appearance: [400 words minimum]
Dimitri is somewhat average looking by most standards. He's a cocky bastard about it though, so he thinks he's great looking. He's around 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. While he's not overly muscled, he's very toned and wiry, making him an excellent scrapper. He has almost medium length dirty blond hair. He doesn't care how it's styled. He usually just wears it mussed up and tossed about, it tends not to matter during a fight anyway. He has hazel eyes, that seem to change from brown to green depending on the day.
He usually wears all black clothing, because it's the typical "bad boy" wear, it also helps conceal him in the dark. He's often wearing a jacket of some sort, always with a hood. He likes his jackets because they keep away the cold, and he dislikes being cold, having grown up in Russia where it's almost perpetually cold.
He loves to wear jeans, because they're just the best multipurpose pants there are. He refuses to dress up for anything, and would rather just not go to whatever requires the nice clothing. He always wears sneakers too. He's been known to wear boots on occasion, but sneakers are easier to run and move in. He also likes to wear clothing with Skulls, demons, devils, and the like on them. He also favors clothing with metal trinkets adorned on them, particularly chains. He tends to carry a knife on him, as well as a lighter, hey, you never know. On his back he has two small black wings tattooed over his shoulder blades. He also has 9 black circular bands down his left arm, each with a roman numeral on it. Between each of the bands is the word for each level of Hell, according to the scheme for hell in Dante's Inferno.
In his wolf form he's around 32 inches at shoulder height. He weighs around 110 pounds. He's near the large end of the spectrum for Arctic wolves. They are smaller than most species of wolves, but he doesn't let that intimidate him. He tends to overcompensate for it by lashing out; he gets pissed if a larger animal mocks him.
He has piercing green eyes in wolf form. He has very pointed ears and a thick bushy coat, suitable for the cold winters of his homeland.

...history
Parents: Alexander and Natasha Zhukov
Siblings: Viktor (younger brother, deceased)
[400 words minimum]
He grew up just outside of Siberia. He lived with his mother and father until he was 7. His father was the typical hard drinker, and therefore loud, uncaring, and abusive. He always pushed his son, both physically and metaphorically. Dimitri learned to run and fight from the beatings his father gave to him. He didn't exactly hate his father, but there was certainly no real love between them. His mother was the father's polar opposite. She was kind and nurturing, and often tried to protect her son, earning herself quite a few beatings.
When he was 8 his mother gave birth to his little brother, Vicktor. Unfortunately his mother died giving birth. Being unable to blame the infant, he turned the unrighteous anger on his elder son. The beatings increased, or tried too. By that point he'd learned to run, hide, and not be found. One day his father found him and Dimitri had no choice but to run. He ran out into the woods, with his father on his tail. He kept running, thinking only of his safety, he ran straight out onto a frozen lake. Mid-step the ice shattered and he fell through.
His father watched on the bank as he choked and sputtered, fighting to hang on. Dimitri eventually grabbed the edge, trying to pull himself out. His father then grabbed him and dragged him out, dragging him home, muttering the whole time on how worthless he was. His fear of drowning was spawned from that, and for a while he wouldn't go anywhere near the water.
Not long after his thirteenth birthday he was walking through the woods, gathering firewood when he suddenly passed out. The next thing he remembers was waking up behind his house, covered in blood. He wiped off as much as he could, not knowing what else to do. He slowly entered his house, seeing the stains of blood all over the floor, leading to where he'd come from. He slowly walked upstairs, to the room he shared with his brother, finding the biggest pool of blood there. When he entered he found his father clutching the mangled corpse of his little brother. When his father heard him enter he turned and stood, looking more enraged than Dimitri had ever seen him.
As he was chased from the house, running for his life, he was treated to his father's loud curses. Curses including how Dimitri had slaughtered his innocent brother, how Dimitri was no better than the father's idiot brother who was a no good half-human like him. How, his brother had tried to kill him when he transformed, and he'd thought that he'd escaped dealing with mutants.
Dimitri ran from his house, vowing never to return. He hid out in the town near-by for a while, living off the scraps of the townspeople. He stole anything and everything he needed and wanted to survive. As he grew up, often remaining uncaught, his confidence and God-complex developed. He saw himself as better than the people around him for having to deal with what he'd been through. Even when he met someone who had also had a hard time growing up, he still felt superior, better. He began to get arrogant and started stealing blatantly and in plain sight. This is when many of his fight began, fighting off the store owners and the law to keep his stolen goods.
One day he found a shop unattended and made the choice to try and leave for good. He rushed into the store and stole everything from the register, and anything he could carry that he thought would be worth something and he took off for wherever he felt to go. He eventually found someone else who was like him, another animal shift. He told him of the academy, and Dimitri felt compelled to go to someplace where there were people like him.

Dimitri walked through the alley, watching his breath blow out from his mouth, creating visible clouds in the cold air. He grumbles, watching as the smoke swirls and then lifts, fading into nothing rapidly. He pulls his coat up tighter to his body, cursing the cold. Hadn't he been cold long enough? Hadn't he put up with almost all his life. He was in a new place, far away from his damned home, shouldn't he be warm now? He rounds the corner on the alley, coming out into a crowded street. He pushes his way past the people in his way, making his way down the street.
The bright lights from a near-by store catch his eye. The bright blues, greens, pinks, and other colors shining bright from the neon signs, contrasting with the full gray atmosphere outside. He presses up close to the glass, peering into the store. "Hmm...it's been about a week I took something hasn't it..?", he wonders aloud. A crooked smile crosses his lips. He pushes the door open with one hand as he walks inside the store. As usual he catches a strange glance from the man behind the counter as he walks in. He chuckles to himself as he begins to walk through the aisles. He picks up something from a shelf, turning it around in his hands as he looks at it slowly.
He walks through the aisles, looking for anything that might catch his fancy. He stops when he finds something interesting. "Oh, what's this?" he thinks as he turns it over, reading the back. "Hmm..nice.." He says with a grin. He looks around, looking for anyone who might have a line of sight on him. When he's sure he's safe, he slides it into a coat pocket. He goes about this for a few minutes, going through the aisles, pocketing anything that catches his fancy. As he approaches the counter again he grins at the clerk. He eyes the little
boxes of trinkets and the like that are always stored around the registers. He picks up a lighter and flicks it, watching the flame dance as he holds down the button, bringing another smile to his lips.
He holds the lighter in one hand as he walks to the other side of the store front. He spins the standard display of sunglasses that every other store seems to have. He stops the stand when he sees a pair he likes. He tries them on, looking into the little display mirror. He scowls a bit, deciding they're no good. He spins it again, eyes falling on another pair. He picks them up, looking them over before putting them on. He grins into the mirror, admiring how they fit and look on him. "Nice.." he says while admiring his reflection. He smiles arrogantly at the clerk as he slips the lighter into his pocket. "Thanks." he says as he walks out of the door.
He steps sideways outside the door, listening to the cries of "Hey! Wait you!" from the clerk as he runs around the desk. Dimitri grabs the door as the clerk pushes it open, forcing it back closed, knocking the clerk off his feet and onto his back. Dimitri grins as he opens the door, looking down at the clerk. "Follow me, and I promise you won't make it back to work for months." He grins at the look of fear on the clerk's face. He steps back inside and looks around, seeing no one else in view. He shifts into his wolven form and steps up to the clerk, placing one paw on the man's chest and snarling in his face. He steps back, changing back into his human form. He grins down at the now shaking clerk, while picking up and adjusting the sunglasses he stole. "Got it?" he asks, not waiting for an answer as he heads out, back into the crowded street, a smirk on his face.[/size]
