Rules: Simple you count to 20 before an Admin posts. Also you can not 2x post. Admins can only post on their Admin account, if you post on your Rping account then you count as the rest of us do.
Example:
Me: One
Next user: two
Next user: three
Admin: POST! Start again!
Next user: One
I'll go first! ONE!
