I laugh loudly for no apparent reason, and then simply comment that "life is too short for silence." Of course, during my classes, there is always a time for peace and quiet.

Happenstance. I... Just do not get it.
In recent years, this city has been suffering from an increas in accidents and crime. According to a survey, there's one place in the city where there is a higher average of injured people and deaths through out the year.
The places are as follows.
- Church,
- Crossroads,
- Cemetery,
- Fire station,
- Hospital,
- The Downtown Center,
- The Residential Area,
- Police Station.
Which of the above is the place where a higher average of injured people and deaths occur?
