Well, this is awkward. Zero looked over at Serenity, then back to the door where the frustrated and angered boy had disappeared.

I suppose...I should at least try to talk to him.

"I'll go talk to him. I guess," Zero said to Serenity. "And...even if you didn't have a boyfriend...it would never work out between us. You aren't my type. I regret that I ever stepped into this greenhouse.

With that, Zero walked outside. He scanned his surroundings, searching for the boy. The boy was nowhere to be seen. Where could he have gone? Zero wondered around for a bit.

Then, he saw him. The boy. He looked extremely upset. Zero's stomach turned. He hated to see people in pain, but he especially hated it when he was the cause of the pain.

Maybe he just needs to be alone...but I feel really bad.

"Hey," he said simply. His eyes traveled to the broken phone. Pieces of the phone were scattered across the ground."I know you probably hate my guts right now, and you have a good reason to. I'm really sorry. If there's anything I can do for you, anything at all, just say the word. I at least owe that much to you."

He cleared his throat. "I'm Zero, by the way. I really didn't know that Serenity had...or has...a boyfriend. I'm not that type of guy."'

Zero set a hand on the boy's shoulder. "I feel really bad about what happened. If you want to talk about it, I'm here."

He pulled his hand away and stepped back. I can't believe this is happening to me. Who am I becoming? This is stupid. I could have easily avoided this whole situation if I had only used my brain. What an idiot I am! A job well done, Zero. A job well done. Who's life are you going to ruin next?
"I was being an idiot. Again, sorry. It won't happen again."

[Serenity Miller]

Serenity seemed to stare
blankly as she watched him leave, he
didn't believe her, but she didn't believe
her either, did he count the time that she
had slept with Tony as cheated, he came
onto her, and he was the one that had had
her on the bed on his own will, she was
trying to be proper, but she couldn't
suppress her desires, even if she was
crushing on Dymetri at the time. They
weren't even officially together when she
slept with Tony, they had gotten ice cream,
because, well, she was insane, there was
no denying that. There wasn't much else
to do, besides, if anything the pure fact
that she slept with someone should have
given it away that she was not the
smartest choice in the world, even she
knew that one.

She laughed coldly, it was his fault
that she had hurt him, he had been
blind, and so had she. They both were
blind, and the one day she cheated
on him, the one day, she had gotten
caught kissing him, nothing else,
her hands weren't even on him, she
was kissing his jawline. She hadn't
gone farther than that, well, she had
kiss kissed him, she had to admit that
there was no denying that, even though
he hadn't seen them actually kiss. She
laughed coldly again, she probably
looked insane as stood there laughing
a cold laugh that chilled even her bones.
It wasn't like she was getting anything
out of him, his definition of fun was
making out, and than leaving it at
that. Any closer and he pushed away,
he was hiding something, but she
could almost understand why after
today.

She looked up at the ceiling of the
greenhouse how idiotic could one
be, she blinked back tears, his words
echoing in her mind, yes, yes she was
that big of an idiot, she was bigger,
and to add insult to injury, her aunt
had told her this would happen, she
had told her it would happen. When her
aunt said something she was normally
right too, one reason they never go
along, Serenity was always wrong and
Iseki was always right. Sometimes she
just wanted to kill her aunt, and right
now was on of those moments, she could
hear it now, her aunts laugh, and the
cheerful mocking her aunt would provide
with a steady hand, without remorse.

"Yes, go see if Romeo is alright, it's not
going to matter, and logical person can
see what's next, he doesn't believe me so
what else could there be? But the end
of the relationship, on the bright side, I
was expecting to be slapped, he ended it
a lot better than I thought he would the
moment I say him, so needless to say,
Im awkwardly happy."

Of course she had only spoke after he
had left, after Zero went to talk and lay
some responsibility for her screw up,
for her mess, for her life. And of course
it was only after she had received a text
message saying that they were ever,
and she silently cursed herself, than she
silently cursed him, for being naive enough
to actually let his current judgment
cloud his mind, he didn't think about
the fact that she was almost always
with him since they started dating.

She walked out of the greenhouse in a
daze, she had no excistance, none that
she wanted to acknowledge anyways,
after she took her revenge, she would
leave the Earth herself, and she would
take out anyone that tried to stop her,
anyone.
