HI! Sorry for the lame subject thing. Anyway I'm making a new charrie and I have a few questions about it.
First: Could I have a charrie that shifts into an animal that's a babby, like say a puppy? Or does it have to be fully grown?
Second: Are sudents allowed to have pets on campus. Like say, a dog, or cat, or something like that?
Third: How old does someone have to be to be a teacher here?
I think that's is for right now.....Thanks!

Obviously, I am not a staff member here and only have limited knowledge as to what the rules of the site are, but I will try to answer your questions the best I can.
1. I’m not sure how the entire shifting thing works, but I imagine that the animal shift would grow/mature as its shifter grows/matures. My character, for instance, is a golden retriever shift. I imagine that when she first shifted, she would have been a puppy. Now that she is older, her animal form is both mature and resembles her in appearance (i.e. graying hair/fur). To be sure, you would have to ask the head administrator, Marc, that question.
2. I asked Shaggy about this when you first asked in the C-Box, and she said that she doubts it since they would have to keep them in their dormitories. If pets are allowed, I imagine it would be limited to a very small tank of fish, like most boarding schools and colleges/universities that allow their students to live on campus. This is yet another question you will need to ask Marc.
3. Teachers at Shifter Academy are required to have a post-secondary education. In order to become a teacher, depending on the area of study as well as the overall diploma track, it takes, on average, four years to become a secondary education teacher in any subject. This means that your character would be no less than twenty-two years of age upon graduation from a university and about the same age to become a teacher at the Academy. It also depends on the year in which your character was born, but I would say the minimum age is twenty-two, since that seems realistic and reasonable.
I hope this helped. :]

Ok, thank you for the help. I see where your coming from. This helps a lot. But now I have another question, are Teachers aloud to have pet on campus? or is it the same with sudents? But I will wait for Marc to reply before doing anything. Thanks for the help <3

Well, it really depends on whether or not the teacher is living in his own home or if he is living on campus. If he resides in his own home, he would be allowed to have a pet. Elizabeth lives at home with her family and actually has a cat. However, if he lives on campus, my guess is that he would be under the same restrictions as the students, seeing as maintenance is an issue. Again, you’ll have to ask Marc since I can’t be certain, but I have a feeling he will agree with me. Of course, I could also be wrong, lol. :]

I don’t see why there would be a problem if he wanted to have two adopted children. You might want to take into consideration his age and occupation, as those are both important factors when adoption agencies place children into homes, as well as the fact that he is—at least this is my assumption—single. You might want to do some research about that to make sure you’re not doing something totally unrealistic, but I don’t see the problem of him having two adopted children. Just remember what I said. :]
Edit: I also play Elizabeth, lol.

Shaggy said she's been hovering over the thread some and agrees with all the answers I've given so far, but she's also not the head admin and cannot give affirmation or negation as to whether or not my responses are true or false. I'll try to have Marc drop in and post if he's not too busy later.
Even if an administrator posts, though, I would still do research. Sometimes role-playing requires research upon the creation of new characters. It can be tedious, but it is worthwhile as long as you have all the facts and try to incorporate it all into your history so that it makes sense. (I'm not saying you should put the whole adoption process in your character's history, but you need to know the rules and limitations of adoption, etc.)
Anyway, I'll try to have Marc drop in and post if he's not too busy.
